There was a loud bang and suddenly the painted skies of Paixao began to crack. Angels and clouds separated from the mural they had once been apart of and began to fell to the earth, crushing anyone and anything they managed to land on.

They were the first, but they certainly weren't the last.

Fang wasn't exactly sold on the idea of letting the young girl just run off on her own in search of people who may or may not have gotten out alive... And without saying another word, she rose her hand to her brand as a purple crystal began to glow and take shape from it.

She tossed it into the air, and swung her lance out quickly, shattering it in the process. From above, a bright glyph began to glow as a large dragon again begain its descent from the sky. "We'll search from the air! We've got a better chance that way!" she called, hopping up onto the dragon's back. "Come on!"

Xion hadn't noticed the brand until that moment, and upon seeing it, her eyes widened. Not for the reason that would have normally happened to Fang, though. She recognized it, but... her associations were good. So, when the dragon appeared, she nodded and got up behind woman. "...Thank you."
