Prepare for Landing. [Complete]
Character(s): Linali Li, Kanda Yuu, Rabi, NPC receptionist, Ashe, Shunsui, Nanao
Content: The female Black Priest travels to the center of the city to reunite with Rabi, his friends, and Kanda.
Setting: Actua Are [J7]
Time: Sunday, early afternoon
Warnings: Flirting, juice stains, a broken nose, and 'sweet' faces. Bewareth.
Under the warm sunshine, the exorcist softly shuts her black mini-PC. She slips the journal into her shirt's inner pocket and hops to her feet. She took the coat (which she had removed a while ago due to the heat) and grudgingly put it back on again. She knew that it would fly off if she had tied it around her waist.
Flipping her hair out of the collar and stretching her limbs, Linali positioned herself for takeoff.
Crouching, the dark boots began to whir, the cross-embedded orbs attached to the ankles began to glow, and....
Blast off!
A thin dust cloud was left as her starting point; she shot through the sky like a fighter jet, hair and coat flailing wildly behind her. Thanks to an in-depth, three-dimensional map of the city, Linali was able to designate her route of travel; it also allowed her to recognize block J7 from a bird's-eye-view.
Sooner than she expected, she was homing in on the hotel. Anyone within a ten-meter radius would be able to hear the growing sound of something burning from the sky.

Shunsui liked to sleep in cold, fresh air. The beds were far too soft for him. That was why the roof was so appealing! Up there, with the big pink coat to keep the shingles from biting into his back, Shunsui felt he had a good view of everything. The romantic side of him thought the city, with all its mysterious lights, very beautiful; while the duty-bound side figured it would be easy to rush to anyone's aid should a hollow, or some new foe, appear. He was catching wisps of other shinigami reiatsu as well, but none strong enough for him to figure out their locations.
He also hadn't tried to peek into the windows of other rooms while he was on his way up the fire escape ladder. No. Not him! (All the curtains were shut anyway.) If he had, he'd ONLY been looking for Nanao...Just in case she was staying at this very hotel too! Yes, he had a perfectly reasonable explanation to look into people's windows. If he had been looking. Because he hadn't.
So when explosions of noise roused him from a deep, meaningful sleep in the sunshine, Shunsui crawled to the leafgutter and peeked down. Ahh! One of his friends had found their friends! How nice!
Shunsui had half a mind to go down there himself, but decided that took too much energy. Being on the roof was so nice too. So he smiled and waved, very sad that it hadn't been Nanao crashing around. Not that she was the type to crash around without provocation, or anything.
