Chiquitita tell me the truth (active / kind of open?)
Character(s): Naminé (mostly aimed for her housemates plus Xion, but anyone can add in as long as they don't mind the angst and yelling)
Content: Naminé's been returned and now she has to live with Xemnas' words
Setting: near their apartment, but not too close
Time: Uh... after the Xemnas / Naminé thread maybe a day or so?
Warnings: Angst, oh god the angst, and Timon if he turns up.
Naminé's non-existence had always been sewn with obedience and threats. From the moment she'd been discovered in Castle Oblivion to the time she'd worked with DiZ to restore Sora's memories to her time here with Timon, she'd been a creature of obedience. Only a handful of times had she disobeyed and that was only because she knew her obedience would hurt more people, hurt Sora. Naminé didn't care about herself, but she did care about hurting Sora. She wouldn't do it.
Now Xemnas was telling her that her life was again a life of obedience. And to be obedient was to hurt Sora. But this time Naminé didn't see any alternative. This time she couldn't protect Sora. And it was nearly killing her to realize that.
The portal dropped her off close to the apartment she shared, but not close enough that anyone would see her from that building. She didn't go back, not even to see if anyone had picked up her robe. Instead, fully visible, Naminé walked in the opposite direction, head bowed. She was going to hurt Sora again. And this time, there was nothing she could do about it.
Naminé didn't even care if she ran into Timon this time. It would serve her right if she did.
She wasn't sure how long she'd been gone, but she did remember falling asleep on a bench in an out-of-the-way place.
