Pre-Party Planning [Completed]

Character(s): Urd, Belldandy, Genie
Content: Urd enlists the aid of Belldandy and Genie in getting things ready for the party.
Setting: Jogo da Crianca pool
Time: Noon-ish, Week 12
Warnings: None.

Urd stood over the pool, hands on her hips, brow furrowed in concentration. In preparation for the party, she'd already put on her swimsuit: a metallic silver and black tiger striped bikini that was almost scandalous enough to be banned in certain public areas. On anyone else, it might have been gaudy and just so 80's, but against her dark skin and generous curves, she made it work...like anything she wore.

Swimsuits were the last thing on her mind as she turned to gaze around the immediate area. She'd already set up large tables for any food her friends might bring and she'd cleared a space for a karaoke machine she'd ask Genie to summon. A few large beach balls were floating in the pool and all the chairs were made more comfortable by colorful cushions. But something was missing.

Urd glanced at the sky for any sign of her sister or friend. She'd asked them to meet her here to help, and with the new threat of Hades coming to the party, she wanted to talk security.

Urd was right, there was no way Hades was that foolish. To challenge one of them: maybe. But all three? That was just asking for trouble. Two goddesses and a genie? With power like that it was a wonder why they weren’t the ones controlling the city. They certainly had the capability if they so chose to do so. No, if the god were cause trouble it would be as she had said; by manipulating those around him. He would have to keep a special eye on Hades. If anyone else got caught up in one of his evil schemes because of him, Genie wasn’t quite sure what he’d do with himself. The guilt would surely be unbearable.

He continued to nod and did he best to listen to the conversation between the two girls, however soon found himself lost. Belldandy certainly knew a mouthful, didn’t she? He raised his sunglasses from over his eyes to get a better view of the sphere in her hand. This was certainly a new approach. Maybe he was too old fashion? He had spent most of his time studying the cities culture through literature and artwork. And the odd Google search. The image results quickly forced him to look elsewhere though.
