Mid-Boss Meet Mid-Mayor [Completed]
Character(s): Vyers and Timon
Content: The two meet up to continue where they left off.
Setting: Central Station
Time: Week 4, Mid-day
Warnings: None
For the first time in a long time Timon was not afraid to linger in the open. He carried a feeling of accomplishment, pride, and though he did not quite deserve it, that did not stop him from standing tall. Ah, as tall as a meerkat could stand at any rate. The Organization was far from gone; destroying their hideout may have only marked the beginning of something much greater, but for the time being they were of little threat. Though their return would surely be fierce, they, the Resistance, had plenty of time to plan their own attack. He was confident they could eliminate the threat to the city, especially with the way things were going. It was only a matter of time before Jafar, Hades, and Maleficent were taken care of next and then maybe, just maybe, he would finally get to rest his rump in the Mayor’s seat in City Hall.
Grinning at the thought, he looked up at the citizens that passed over him. Part of him doubted they even knew he existed, never mind the fact that he desired to be their Mayor, but he worried little of this. For the time being all they had to do was avoid stepping on him and he would be happy. The redhead doubted the citizens could wrap their heads around politics anyway, especially after electing a Mayor as useless as Oturo. He scoffed – and then paused.
"How brave of you, though, to be trying for the position after such a horrible crime~."
Timon frowned, glancing over his shoulder, feeling as though he were being watched. Finding no one there, other than passing citizens, he simply shook his head. He was just imagining things... And clearly going crazy. Well, wasn't that just gravy? At least it was at a good time. Allowing a trademark 'oi' quietly escape him, the rodent climbed up onto one of the benches inside the station. Alright, so he was still a little on edge, more so than he'd of liked to of admit, but that’s why Vyers was there... Or at least supposed to be. Where was that mid-boss?

It was shameful to lose against one so wicked as her. Even if he didn't have the power he once had... He flexed his hands absently, and for a moment he doubted himself--but only for a moment. The woman was far to vile to even begin to be considered a fraction as great as himself.
Even so, he was grateful for the change in subject. "An excellent suggestion." It would keep him from being forced into making something, at least, and the rooms had been quite comfortable the last time they had stayed there. "Will we be going there first?"

“I think it’d be best we head there first, that way we get our room, it’s done, and out of the way. That way if we go out tonight we can just go straight to our room instead of wait to get one at who knows what hour.” Scratching his head, the meerkat waited for a passing citizen or Vyers to open the stations door for him. “Why, you don’t have anywhere you need to go, do you? If you’ve got a date or something just say so, I ain’t gunna follow you - as funny as watching you try impress a girl would be. Just don’t try kicking me out of the room to have her over later or I'll show her your rose print underwear.”
