New Buisness Model, or Cunning Plot? You Decide! (Active, Very Open)

Character(s): Hanekoma, OPEN
Content: Hey, Hanekoma is handing out free portraits that may or may not be the key to adventure and freedom. You should stop by!
Setting: Wild Kat Coffee, Paixao Branch
Time: Few days after the discovery of what's behind the door in the chapel, all throughout the day.
Warnings: None!
Notes: See the Week Change for more details about this thread.

Hanekoma had to admit, the Doctor's plan certainly was a creative one, and as much as he was not normally the type to get too involved in local conflicts, this one had managed to catch his attention. The fact that it let him stretch his artistic muscles was also a real bonus.

Therefore, he had placed a sign in the window, promising free portraits for ever cup of coffee purchased. Hey, it helped clue people into a chance to exploring new parts of the world, let him get back into shape artistically, and sell some more coffee in the deal. It really was a win for everyone!

Rue took a seat in one of the chairs inside of the Wild Kat Coffee shop and rested her head on her arms. She'd been combing the area ever since Duck hadn't shown up at Cafe Eresat in Joutenheim. After her encounter with "the Beast" and the strange swordsman, Rue had continued wandering the area until she had stumbled upon this place.

Looking for something to eat -or at least keep her energy up- she stopped by the coffee shop. Her eyes scanned the menu. She couldn't even determine what the menu was saying, nevermind deciding what to order.

It had been awhile since Naja graced the coffee shop. Too much compiling information and figuring out to do with the things Sara told her, right before the woman slipped away into the crowd of partying gypsies and was gone. Just... gone. No Organization grabbing her this time just.... Vanished. It had been rather disconcerting for some time, sure. Naja was now down the only Sentinel she officially had ownership too, after all. That was a problem.

Still, she had some sway over Reno. Perhaps he had friends of some use. She would make them hers, eventually. These things took time.

"You know, you should rrreally organize for delivery," was her comment as she entered and slid into a seat. "Then Paixao could enjoy your delicious coffee all the time without having to take a brreak in their work to swing by..."

It wasn't the promise of a free portrait that had caught Susan's attention. She could, quite honestly, care less about what was a simple painting. What did catch her attention was the fact there was something undeniably odd about the place. Or... something inside the place anyway.

And that in turn was just interesting enough to get her to head inside the shop. After all, she still had questions about the city that would need to be answered before anything could be done about the situation.

Karrin wasn't sure about this 'free portrait' business but she could smell a good cup of coffee when she was near one. She pushed open the door and looked around at the small establishment, it looked like one of those popular cafes that college students went to for coffee. It wasn't her usual place...then again she usually only had time to snatch up some coffee from a gas station or at the precinct itself.

"Smells good, you've got straight black right? I'm not usually one for all the fancy mixes they have these days," Karrin said after approaching the counter.
