A Place to Crash (Completed)

Character(s): Ahnassi and Juro
Content: Ahnassi and Juro get a room. (No, it's not like that)
Setting: Actua Are [F3]
Time: Evening
Warnings: People with allergies to fur should stay away.

The walk to Actua Are was short, although not especially pleasant. It certainly wasn't unpleasant, either, but Juro wasn't exactly the best company, even if Ahnassi had decided by this point that he wasn't so bad to have around. He just wasn't an especially cheerful or talkative person. The Khajiit hoped maybe she could change that, given some time, but even though it was possible, it would definitely take some work. For the moment, though, it was enough that he was keeping her company. It meant she knew someone in the city, and that made her happy. With any luck, she would make many more friends soon.

Actua Are itself wasn't anything that impressive. It looked just the slightest bit run-down, although not nearly as much as some of the buildings in Pelagiad had been. If anything, it reminded her a little of home. Perhaps there were nicer places to stay in the city, but Ahnassi wasn't exactly a rich Khajiit and she was tired enough that she didn't want to go look at other places at the moment. This would do for now.

"Does Juro want to stay in his own room, or shall we share?" she asked her companion as they neared the doors of the hotel. "Ahnassi does not mind, either way, but it would cost less if we stay together."

Juro peeked inside the room, a sneer curling over his lips. "Feh, I guess it's decent," he said, slinking inside. The chairs wouldn't be of much use to him unless he decided to slip into his human form - which he didn't, at the moment - and he ended up just giving them a disdainful glance. The kamaitachi carefully approached the bed and tested it, placing both of his front paws on it and leaning his weight on them.

Human beds. Meh. He wasn't a fan of them, but it appeared to be the only comfortable thing in this room.
