Where has the sea gone? [Completed]

Character(s): Linali Li
Content: The Chinese exorcist enters Paixao and wastes no time in learning of the place and the e-journal's uses.
Setting: Niflheim gates
Time: Sunday, noon
Warnings: None

As if things couldn't get any stranger. By the time the black-haired girl arrived at the end of the ice gate called Niflheim, she was greeted by a groomed man that reminded her of a smiling mannequin. She returned the smile with one of her own.

"Hello... where is this place?" asked Linali, raising a hand shyly.

Smile growing larger, the boothkeeper answered brightly. "Paixao! Your name, please?"

The exorcist blinked. What if this was a trap set up by the Earl? The man smiled just like him. Insecure eyes darted around, especially on the gate. But this looks more like a branch...without a gatekeeper.

"Linali Li."

"Welcome! Here's your journal and travel manual! ENJOY~! ♥"

Good grief, his intination is even like t-- Unmerciful to even thought, she was pushed into the imposing structure by who knows what and was subject to visual overload.

"....woooooooooooow. This place is huge! Even large than China's branch!"

And it suddenly hit her. Where the heck did Rabi, Crowley, Miranda, and everybody else on the ship GO?

Well, even if she had all the time in the world--if this was still the world--to speculate, Linali was not the type to stand still when a problem could be fixed. She was so unlike her brother and his office flooded with papers. And his desk! Goodness, Linali couldn't think of its current state. She always wondered how Komui was able to work among the messy mass.

Disorganized brothers aside, Linali took the moment to examine the objects given to her: a booklet titled Guide to Paixao and a sleek, black object of rectangular shape. This peculiar thing was first for observation. Lifting the cover, Linali's eyes widened at the sight of the neat arrangement of buttons. The object seemed to be a miniature computer. She was able to identify this because of the very one the science department maintained.

"What did the guy call this? A...'journal'? Hmm...how do I turn it on...Aha!"

The screen flashed neon blue and ran an introductory animation sequence. The words "Good morning, Linali!" blinked on the screen, causing the directed person to chuckle.

She smirked intuitively and flipped open the manual, looking for instructions on the uses of this impressive (for her, anyway) journal.
