Welcome to my evil lair, mwuhahahaha! [COMPLETE]

Character(s): Yuuri and Mao
Content: Yuuri kidnapped Mao and wants to ask him some questions
Setting: A random rented house
Time: Early in the week.
Warnings: Yuuri. Kidnapped. Mao. Nuff said.

For everyone in Paixao, she simply looked like a normal, standard Paixaoan woman making her way home after a day of work. She carried home two bags of groceries and greeted her new neighbors as she made her way to her front door. Things changed radically once inside though, as the woman seemed to melt down, only to reform herself as Yuuri. It was the perfect disguise, really. No one knew who she was in the city, and no one would ever suspect a normal house rented by an “upstanding member of society-slash-not an outsider” to be hiding a magical prison.

For the last few days, Mao, a kid who claimed he was a demon, had been stuck behind an explosive force field in her basement. She still didn’t believe that he was a demon, but she had seen him use magic, something that should have been impossible for a boy. And thus, Mao saw himself get promoted from “crazy kid” to “object of interest”. She tried to call for Kyubey to ask him why he made a contract with him... but strangely, he never came.

This was starting to worry her. Things were different here. She’s been here for less than a week, and yet nothing made sense. Kyubey wasn’t here, boys could use magic... witches seemed to be nonexistent, and worst of all; she couldn’t find one trace of the Pleiades. She was certain that this was just a trap by those girls, and yet, she wasn’t able to find them. While she was sure that her stunt on the message board wouldn’t have lured them out, she had expected the citizens to at least recognise her! But no, no one had ever heard of them. She even took walks, magically disguised as them much to her disgust, and... nothing: no one knew who they were, and they never showed themselves.

She had one final trick up her sleeve to lure them out, but the effects wouldn’t be felt immediately. Oh well... that kid had been down there for a few days now, maybe it was finally time to pay him a visit. She probably should go feed him too while she was at it.

Mao managed to deflect one of the shackles away from himself with a swipe of a sword, but the other one ended up catching his wrist, pinning him to the wall. Muttering curses under his breath, Mao reached into his pocket and pulled out a small, flashing, button-like device and threw it at Yuuri's retreating form.

She may have slowed him down, but he could get out of this damn building easily enough. He'd just let the Specimen Abductors he'd fixed up grab her for him.
