It seems that I have been held in some dreaming state {Active}

Character(s): Lenne, The Doctor (Eleven)
Content: The Songstress and The Doctor do brunch… followed by investigating~
Setting: Yuna/Tidus/Eleven’s apartment, then… the Netherworld???
Time: Late morning
Warnings: None, at the moment, will update when applicable.

Lenne felt surprisingly confident about heading out to meet a man she didn’t know (who was living with her closest friend), to see what could be done about… the state of things. The situation called for action, and she’d had just about enough of secluding herself away with nothing but nightmares and indecision. So, she took a chance, and before she could lose her nerve she was heading out on foot across Paixao, until she wound up at the door of Yuna’s apartment.

Lenne raised her hand to knock, and hesitated as a flash of guilt coursed through her as she realized she was here to see someone else, when she should have been in contact with Yuna much sooner. She let out a heavy sigh, took in a new breath, and knocked with what she hoped was a confident cadence.

The Doctor hummed to himself as he finished making brunch - and a rather elaborate brunch at that, as he expected there to be leftovers and Tidus could always manage to make it seem like he'd been starved until the latest meal. Really, he'd gotten better awhile ago, but after that night he'd spent talking with Yuna, he decided he'd better stay awhile. Idris and Mufasa seemed to be doing well, anyway, and those were the ones he was worried the most about at the moment. But he couldn't just leave them, not with the nightmares they'd been having, and taking care of everyone had helped take care of his own nightmares, too.

He'd just finished up when he heard a knock at the door and moved to answer it, still humming, wiping his hands on the frilly apron he'd been using. Upon seeing who his visitor was, he grinned brightly. "Lenne, I presume?" he asked, moving in for a friendly hug and an air-kiss near each cheek. "Hello, there. I'm the Doctor. Thanks for coming." He stepped aside to let the young woman in, gesturing towards the dining room. "Are you hungry? I hope you are, because I made a lot."
