Darkness in the Heart of the City [Active]

The city was a fertile ground for the darkness. That much Ansem knew. But as fertile as it was he could hardly make something out of nothing. He needed people, and for that, he needed to walk the streets of the city. Surely there would be someone of interest beyond the citizens of the city (and he'd have to look into those as well, at a later date). For now, he'd look for those who belonged to other worlds. People who had been brought to a place nobody quite understood, who were feeling somewhat less than inclined to enjoy their stay.

Yes, that would do for now. Sooner or later he'd find someone worth his trouble. For now, he simply let himself drift through the throngs, noting hearts of particular interest as he went by. The rest would wait.

"I shall leave to your search, then," Ansem said, before turning to leave. He had all that he truly needed and even he could see that Terra appeared less than interested in an extended conversation. But no matter. He had a name, and could find the boy's darkness later if he needed to. For now, this was enough.
