tell my boy i love him so, tell him so he knows... [ active / closed ]
Character(s): Luke & Tear.
Content: a long-awaited reunion.
Setting: auntie undie's! (why not, lol)
Time: Mid-day? Week 35.
Warnings: Tearjerking-ness. pun not intended.
After leaving the hotel, Tear couldn't help but worry about the sickly looking girl. It has been pure chance that had her running into her, down on the ground, surrounded by those odd monsters... and the fact that Alice didn't seem to have any means of defending herself was even more concerning. The soldier was already considering methods of teaching her how to fight off, or at the very least, arm her with tactics on how to get out of a sticky situation...
Not far off from their lodging, she came upon a little shop, which seemed to sell a little bit of everything. "Auntie Undie's...?" the girl questioned out loud, studying the sign, then finally pusing the door open. The shopkeeper had the same appearance as the other citizens, fair-hair and skin... She nodded in a casual greeting, and went about her business, picking up various items and supplies.
She made her purchase with some of the remaining glad she had in her pocket. She considered herself fortunate that they didn't seem particularly concerned about the currency... and picked up her belongings, heading for the door.
"... Eh?" when she stepped out into the open, she was greeted by a fresh sheet of snow starting to line the ground, and falling silently from the domed sky above. "Snow...?" she questioned, but shook her head. Perhaps this was normal for Paixao. Either way, she needed to make her way back to the Actua Are before the way became impassable.

Having lost herself in the moment, the chill in the air dragged her back into the reality of the situation. As she lifted her gaze again, the snow seemed to be falling faster, and there was much more of it dancing around them. "The snow is coming down harder... At this rate, we could get stuck. I've rented a room at the nearby hotel with someone that I came across. Why don't we head there for now?"
