she seems to have an invisible touch~ [ complete ]
Character(s): Bullseye & Flonne.
Content: A toy and a young fallen angel. CUTENESS IS SURE TO ENSUE.
Setting: Jogo da Crianca; THE PARK.
Time: Week 32, Afternoonish.
Warnings: Haha... ha.
Bullseye was still foggy on the whole conecept that Paixao was an entirely different world. It seemed as though his heart was still set on the idea that it was possible to find a way back to Sycamore Street, and thus, the others. He missed Jessie... and with him and Woody here in this strange place, he worried that back home, she might be lonely, too. Not to mention the fact that Bonnie was probably worried about them, and the idea of causing her to feel such a way didn't sit well with the little horse.
He weaved his way around the area -- it was easy when the majority of people seemed to ignore him, anyway -- and in the distance, finally saw something familiar. Was that a park up ahead?! A playground, even? If Bonnie was here, that was surely somewhere she might be! Darting in and out from between legs, he finally managed to trot his way over, hooves clomping over the fake grass as he looked around for any sight of his owner.
She had to be here, she just had to!

She had to be here, she just had to!

The park was her favorite, since it had real grass and flowers. She craned her neck back to watch the painted clouds of the domed ceiling slowly move, enjoying the feel of a soft breeze through her long gold locks, the feel of something brushing against her ankles -- wait.
"Oh!" Flonne gasped, looking down to watch a very, very small horse dart ahead. "How cute!" she exclaimed, following the little creature. "Excuse me, Little Horse-san! Hello!"
no subject
Maybe... he wasn't entirely beyond redemption, maybe he could just lay here and everything would be all right! Whoever was there would just leave him alone, and...! Yeah, yeah! He had to be due for some good luck...

Flonne lifted the toy up her ruby eyes, frowning. "No, I know I saw you moving! You don't have to be afraid, you know! I won't hurt you!"
no subject
Was this girl not human? She certainly looked like it, but... no, those ears, also. Not quite people-like ears... He'd met toys with these qualities but never a living breathing creature...
Shyly, he blinked his large eyes as he remained in her hands, his legs easing up on their stiffness as he turned his head to study her a little better, his ears folding back in embarrassment.
no subject
"My name is Flonne. The Fallen Angel of Love! Have you been here very long? I haven't seen you around before, but then, I haven't really been looking for a toy horse! You are a toy, right?"
no subject
But -- a fallen angel? Angels, he knew. Heck, there were even a few of them amongst the Christmas decorations at Andy's house. But the fallen kind was something Bullseye had no experience with. He hoped she hadn't hurt herself when she fell...
Her questions came quickly, and his ears shifted up again in interest. He nodded, indicating that yes, he was a toy. He lifted his four legs up, lining up the letters A-N-D-Y on bottoms of them.
no subject
"Forgive me for asking, but I have to make sure. You can't talk, right? Oh, and...are you a boy or a girl?" She seemed a little embarrassed to ask such a question, but you couldn't be too careful!
no subject
The next question surprised him as he tilted his head to the side, wondering how he could even convey something like that... Bullseye considered for a moment, then began to strike a series of badly imitated body-building poses, lifting an eye to see if she was getting it...
no subject
"You can just nod or shake your head, if that's alright." She smiled, holding up a finger. "Now...are you a boy?"
no subject
It had been so long since he was separated from Woody or Jessie, who could usually provide a voice for him.
He nodded in response to her question, darn tootin' he was a boy!
no subject
She looked up at the passerby, though none of them returned her curious look. Surely if someone here knew Andy-san, they'd have approached her by now...
no subject
Bullseye flattened his ears out and closed his large eyes for a moment as he enjoyed the pat she offered. He nodded in response to her next question, he did have friends. They were safe -- he'd wandered away on his own trying to find Sycamore street...
no subject
"Here, now you'll be able to see better. It's pretty hard to see much from down there, isn't it?" She smiled gently down at Bullseye. "When you see your friends, just let me know, okay? I'm sure we'll find them soon!"
no subject
He looked on ahead again, his tail wagging as he took in the sights from this new height. He wasn't sure where Woody was, but... he couldn't deny that seeing everything like this was a little exciting! The original panic he'd felt around the people of the city began to subside... they really seemed to be ignoring him, anyway.
no subject
An idea suddenly formed as they exited the park. "Andy-san?" she called softly, walking to a nearby bench and sitting down. She placed him next to her on the bench and pulled out her slim journal from her sleeve. "Do you think you could communicate using this?"
Flonne opened the journal and set it before him.
no subject
Bullseye took a step back from it, looking to Floone for reassurance one last time... before approaching the device and sniffing it, to make sure it was really all right. As expected, it smelled sweet, just like the girl herself.
He stood there, studying the keys for a moment, realizing that it looked much like the device in Bonnie's room, that Trixie and Rex were often playing on! His tail wagged slightly as he moved a hoof over the keys, slowly, trying to get the hang of it. First, he thought it was appropriate to give her his real name... he knew it well, since it had been on his box and everything!
He looked back up at her, eyes lighting up a little with the accomplishment.
no subject
She looked back down at him with an apologetic smile. "What does this mean, Andy-san?"
no subject
And he pointed to himself, his mouth agape with his wide smile.
no subject
"I'm really glad we can use this to communicate a bit better. You're such a clever horse!" Her smile faded a little as she turned her head to watch the passerby.
"I only wish we'd found your friends..."
no subject
Bullseye shook his head clear, eyes opening as he realized what had happened, as he looked up at the fallen angel, his brown cheeks tinged slightly pink in embarrassment.
He looked at the keys once more and positioned himself accordingly again.
The horse looked back up at the girl, waiting for an answer. Because as far as he was concerned, everyone should know of sherrif Woody! He was the rootin'est tootin'est cowboy there ever was!
no subject
"Umm, sorry, Bullseye-san. I don't think I've met the, ah...sheriff?"
no subject
The tingling sensation diminished again when he was put back down. She didn't need to apologize though, and so to solidfy that fact, he licked at her hand, then smiled again. He trotted back towards the device again and thought of what else he could say... This was certainly an opportunity he'd never had before...
no subject
Flonne glanced over at him in concern. "Are you all alone here, then? Do you have any friends?"
no subject
He returned to the keyboard and began typing out a new response -- And he looked up at her, waiting for an answer, eyes wide.
no subject
Gathering her composure (though she still had tears in her eyes as she lifted him up to her level of sight), she looked determined. "You can stay with me and my friends, okay? I don't want you here all by yourself!"
no subject
He nodded at her idea of going with her -- she seemed so nice, and really... he wasn't sure how to get back to Woody at this point. It was probably a good idea to stick with someone like Flonne.
