She's got a halo around her finger [Open-ish/Active]
Character(s): Lenne! (Jecht, Yuna? ....Zim? ;D)
Content: Wormholes! And... Lenne might think she's actually in Zanarkand. DX
Setting: Zanarkand, Oblivion!Spira.
Time: Afternoon, ish.
Warnings: ....potential angst?
Lenne had taken her time re-adjusting to Paixao, and spent the last week wandering her former haunts and checking in on the network posts. She didn’t reply to anything, but felt better knowing what was going on around her.
She woke up that day, noting nothing extraordinary in the air around her, it was just another day, she assumed. That was her first mistake. Upon opening the door, she let out a shrill shriek, and was pulled into a wormhole… and just when she’d escaped, there’d been another… and another…. Until, completely exhausted, she’d been dropped into three feet of snow in a chilly mountain pass. She would have been content to just lay there, afraid of being turned inside out from another excursion into the unknown just by taking a few steps… but it was frigid.
She caught sight of a path and pulled herself out of the snow bank to follow it, starting to jog a bit just to warm up. She followed the path for what she judged to be a mile, maybe a little more… and stopped when she came to an overview of the horizon ahead of her. It could not possibly be… but it was. There before the fallen songstress was Zanarkand. It felt like hours but was merely minutes she stood, literally and figuratively frozen. She’d been taken home, finally… and it was in ruins.
With what courage and strength she could muster, she continued down the path, until eventually she arrived just outside the city, where she couldn’t manage to force herself to continue any further.

"I've never seen such an expert wardrobe change," she complimented, her tone definitely curious as to what exactly had just happened.
"It's not an experience I'm eager to repeat," she agreed. She was not a fan of snow to begin with, and much less without proper garb. Avoiding the wormholes was a given, at this point.
And there was the question she'd been expecting, and the one she was the least sure of the answer. "I... have been fine, I suppose," she answered as truthfully as possible. "And you? It seems that so much has changed here, and that so much time had passed, but it feels like I was just here."
