Hungry Like A Wolf [Completed]

Character(s): Wolf and Timon
Content: Wolf treats Timon to dinner.
Setting: Haja o Que Houver
Time: Afternoon
Warnings: None yet.

Timon hated taking the train. It was always so loud and crowded. Not to mention the fact that you never knew who you’d be sitting with – or would try sitting on you. After giving a citizen who had tried to take his seat the surprise of his life, he made note to shout at every citizen who neared his seat, mistaking it for available. For a majority of the ride the citizen beside him had ignored him, going so far as to avoid eye contact completely and look out the window. However, once a little girl had taken the seat in front of him and turned around to look at him, he could have sworn he had heard the man laugh while he and the young girl made silly faces at one another to pass the time. At least until the young girl’s mother forced her to sit properly in her seat and behave.

Only once Timon had gotten off the train had he begun to feel nervous. He had never met Wolf in person before, only spoken with him over the journals. And though they had spoken quite a bit, he was not completely sure whether or not he could trust the man – er, wolf. Or, whatever he was. He was still a carnivore and a rather flakey one at that. Sure, Wolf had said he was trying to turn a good leaf but at times it sounded as though he was weak, tempted into giving into his urges. Timon looked around from the bench he had climbed onto for any sign of the man. Would he be able to control himself? He folded his arms across chest, though took hold of both his arms and rubbed them nervously. Timon wished he had brought Pumbaa with him, but knew it could not have possibly ended well.

He hated being alone like this, out in the open. It gave him a bad feeling in his gut – though he suspected it could be his hunger as well. “Geez, he sure is takin’ his time.” The meerkat muttered to himself. Hopefully he would not find himself regretting this.,

It wasn’t hard for Wolf to see if someone had not only the intent, but also the ability to kill anyone they choose. After all, the Hunter back in his world wouldn’t give a second thought on simply exterminating someone. Though Timon was probably right, if anything, Scar would be the type to probably plan out someone’s death first. Much like the Evil Queen would.

Wolf narrowed his eyes, if he’s been had, then this would be no different than the Queen, she was deceitful and played tricks on his mind. God forbid it if Scar were to play his mind like violin during the full moon. He muttered in a sorta growl, “It wouldn’t be the first time someone has tried to trick me…”

Looking down at Timon, Wolf knew one thing was for certain. If Alice was associating with Scar, then he definitely needed to keep an eye on her. Wolf didn’t want anything to happen to poor girl, she didn’t do anything wrong and was completely innocent. “I will make sure she won’t go out by herself from now on then,” Wolf glanced to the side, “I don’t want anything to happen to her either… Don’t worry Timon, you have my word, I’ll let you know if anything happens again and I promise to protect her.”
