A meeting. [Completed]
Character(s): The Superior and Saix
Content: A sekrit meeting.
Setting: It's a sekrit! (Though you can figure it out by paying attention. :x)
Time: Early Friday morning
Warnings: Nothing, except maybe KH2 spoilers regarding the Superior's identity?
It smelled of mold and yet was pungent with the crisp scent of plants and morning dew. There was no time to appreciate the scenery, though he wouldn't have either way. The building was not the thing to be admired, however. It was the grounds outside of it.
But the further away from them, the better. He was aware of their powers, and how they could affect a few chosen people.
Walking deeper into the decaying structure, the man approached an altar that was positioned in the middle of a row of rotting wooden benches. Several strutural beams lay spread-eagled along the cracking floorboards, toppling over each other and some still attached somewhat to the ceiling. Positioning himself behind the altar, he sat to wait for his accomplice.

Without a word he walked away from the darker parts and calmly situated himself in the middle of the aisle, staring up at the alter where the latter stood. There was no other sound that emitted from the setting, silent as if death had just glided through and murdered ruthlessly those who shouldn't have been there.
He waited a moment more before finally bowing deeply.
"I've come, My Superior."
no subject
"We have no time for formalities." Was his greeting. He made no move to remove his hood, for the moment, though the building was dark enough. "I am concerned over these new events. The others are apparently mistaking my actions for something they are not." He turned his back to the other, walking back to the altar, looking up to the decaying ceiling. His arms became outstretched, as if he were about to catch a hold of some sweeping figure. "Number VIII, primarily, is becoming ambitious, and is delving into the realms of treachery."
Putting his arms back down, he half-turned back to the other Nobody. "I ask of your thoughts on this situation, Saix. I trust you understand how grevious this has become, if Number IV and VI are behaving as you said."
no subject
The Nobody nodded to the Superior's words, taking a few steps forward as if to follow him to the alter but held himself only a yard or so away. Formality was not needed for their interaction, because they acted through deference for one another. Yet Saix felt it was proper even to just acknowledge the man's superiority over him.
"My thoughts..." The Nobody's voice lingered through the air, echoing along the abandoned space around them. "... If they do not come to their senses then disaster may soon become imminent."
And for the first time since he had made it to Paixao the man gave a small frown, eyes diverting away from his Superior and to the arched ceiling.
"Xemnas... the bonds that the Organization once had grow as cold as the darkness of a New Moon."
no subject
Sweeping around an edge of the altar, he traced a gloved finger around its edge, leaving a clean trail in the dust. "You reported sensing something when you were with the wounded Number VIII. Do you know of what it was?"
no subject
"But I could sense something faint nearby. I could not, however, distinguish what it was or where it was exactly coming from," The Nobody flicked a few more tendrils of hair behind his shoulder. "But I will take it into consideration the next time I see him."
no subject
He seemed to give no care to Axel's wounds, and maybe he didn't.
"I am beginning to think that maybe he is not as devoted to our cause as he claims. Saix," Stopping, he came to stand in front of Saix again, putting a hand on the man's shoulder. "My most trusted general. I want you to keep an eye on them all, and report back. But especially Number VIII. He seems to be taking the lead in this. I want to know exactly what he is keeping from us."
no subject
"As you wish, my Superior. I will not fail you."
no subject
Putting his hood back over his head, he turned towards the wall he had come from. Without a wave or a glance back, he vanished into the void that had appeared there.
no subject
There was no need to linger since he was given his assignment. So out of coincidence, the Nobody vanished simultaneously as the other man nearby, leaving the abandoned space as lonely and desolate as ever.
