A nice day's stroll [Active, Open]
Characters: Dahlia Hawthorne, Captain Hook and Setzer
Content: Dahlia waits for Captain Hook and Setzer so that they can go for a little walk.
Setting: Outside the City Hall
Time: On a jolly afternoon
Warnings: Dahlia and Captain Hook.
Dahlia stood outside the city hall, waiting for the two men to come and greet her. They’d better not be two more freaks, she thought. It was disturbing enough having to encounter a frog and a person with a tail and now, from what it looked like, there was a meerkat who was running for mayor. A meerkat. And there was a talking candlestick. Dahlia could not help but wonder if the city was trying to torment her.
And so she stood patiently waiting for Captain Hook and Setzer to come. Needless to say, she was not interested in the joy of their company – only to find out more about Paixao and this ‘Organization’. And to have somebody that she could rely on to help her, should she have to do end up doing something extreme.

Finding who he was supposed to meeting, on the other hand, would be a little bit more troublesome, but he figured the woman who looked like she was waiting was a good place to start.

So not to cause suspicion, the captain emerged some distance away from city hall. He approached the building slowly, feeling the slightest amused that it had been in fact his ‘secret’ residence they had agreed to meet before. A dark chuckle escaped him as he approached Dahlia. He removing his hat and bowed before her respectfully. “A most pleasant afternoon, me lady.” He began before pausing to turn and face the man advancing toward them in both curiosity and suspicion. “And this must be this ‘Mister Setzer’ you mentioned, yes?” The pirate asked, gesturing at Setzer.
Bawww...late. :(
"Oh, Mr Setzer, is it?" she asked, seeming awkward. "Or are you the other man? I'm sorry, I-"
Then Captain Hook's voice caught her attention. Dahlia turned around to see an older man approaching her. Again, clothes aside, he seemed more normal....or was he? He may have greeted her politely but there was something about his manner that was a little, well.....off. Well, as long as she did not show her suspicion, Dahlia was confident that she could handle him.
"Oh, yes, this is Mr. Setzer," she answered, smiling. "You must be...oh, sorry. I didn't catch your name on the journals."

"I am," Setzer answered with a polite nod, at about the same time as Dahlia. For now, he'd leave of the part about being a gambler. He could bring it up later, should the conversation happen to take a turn that way.

Captain Hook? Dahlia did not know what he was captain of. And the feeling that the man gave off made her unsure if he would actually tell her. "Not really," she answered him, looking awkward. "I only came here a couple of weeks ago and it's so easy to get lost here."

"Oh, I've been here long enough," he answered with a slight shrug.
Long enough to have gotten thoroughly bored of the whole affair, but those details were, again, going to stay with him.

He was fairly familiar with the city himself but was rather curious what its visitors had discovered themselves. Perhaps they knew something he didn’t, most importantly about this so called ‘Organization Thirteen’. They were a most intriguing group.

"That might be a good idea sir," she said, smiling before turning to the gambler. "Mr. Setzer, I hope it won't be too much trouble for you."

(Some day, perhaps, he'd remark on how sedentary he'd gotten, but perhaps that was a result of not having a real sky at hand.)
"Not in the least," he answered with a smile. "Is there anything you particularly wanted to see?"

“The weaponry had come to mind.” The pirate replied, sliding his hand over his hook thoughtfully. “However, that is by no means a place to bring a lady. I would not object to anywhere that applies to the ladies interest.”
