Dahlia stood outside the city hall, waiting for the two men to come and greet her. They’d better not be two more freaks, she thought. It was disturbing enough having to encounter a frog and a person with a tail and now, from what it looked like, there was a meerkat who was running for mayor. A meerkat. And there was a talking candlestick. Dahlia could not help but wonder if the city was trying to torment her.

And so she stood patiently waiting for Captain Hook and Setzer to come. Needless to say, she was not interested in the joy of their company – only to find out more about Paixao and this ‘Organization’. And to have somebody that she could rely on to help her, should she have to do end up doing something extreme.
