The Princess and the Ashes Finally Reunited! Affections Crossing Beyond Life and Death! [ACTIVE]

Character(s): Natalia L.K. Lanvaldear and Asch the Bloody
Content: Natalia meets Asch at Muspelheim. Angst probably occurs.
Setting: Muspelheim Gate.
Time: ... right now?
Warnings: Aside from long titles, angst, and hot hot sex more angst... nothing? And yes, all of my titles now on will be long-ass ones which make no sense, as an homage to Sailor Moon.

It all all so sudden; Asch, here, in Paixao? Natalia still couldn't wrap her mind around it.

... was she prepared for this? Emotionally, she was a wreck; just as she seemed so determined to go to the Destiny Islands and find a way out of here, leaving Luke here to live... she has a second chance to meet Asch. Was this a weakness? Indeed, it was; she was unforgivable, to herself. She practically threw away her duties to the throne and her country without a second thought when the mention of Asch came up. Her step slowing down to a standstill, Natalia lifted up an arm... but pulled back. She couldn't believe herself; how was she supposed to say that she loved her country with all of her heart and soul, a country which has accepted her regardless of all that she's been through... just to chase her own happiness?

It has been a very long few days, at the very least; how was he? How could he come here if he remembered dying? If anything, it solved a few problems of explaining what had transpired, but on the other hand... it was an undeniable truth. He was dead. She wasn't. Did this make her a necrophiliac? Holding her head in her hands, she was unsure as to how to even react when to see him.

Standing only a block away from Muspelheim, Natalia began to cry. A lot.

Her sobs could be heard for quite a distance, if one listened closely enough.

Despite his wishes, Asch made sure to not leave the area. In all honestly, he would have ran off to meet her as soon as their conversation ended on the message boards. But she did have a point- she apparently knew this city better than he did. If he got lost on the way to meet her, he'd definitely be kicking himself over it.

And so he waited patiently by Muspelheim, straining his eyes and ears, looking for any sign of Natalia.

He didn't recognize the sounds of her sobbing at first, but he did catch sight of a familiar figure off in the distance. With hastened steps, Asch quickly closed the distance between Natalia and himself. It was only when he got close did he realize those odd sounds he heard were from her. He slowed down considerably now once he realized she was crying, unsure how to approach the situation.

"Natalia..." He called out to her, as he came closer to her.
