Character(s): Tifa Lockhart, anybody else.
Content: The grand opening of Seventh Heaven!
Setting: Seventh Heaven [G7]

[ooc: This will be treated like a party thread; patrons may feel free to make their own thread and the employees may tag accordingly. Time skips and all that don't really matter, etc etc etc. Just have fun with it :) Tee hee. If anything, consider this a free pass at giving somebody an excuse to pass the next activity check.]

There, all set! Tifa did what she could with the place in such a relatively short amount of time and an excessively short amount of manpower, but it looked presentable and she posted on the message board for everyone to see. Couldn't be that hard, could it? A slightly uncomfortable expression on her face was present for a moment, but first and foremost today she was a businesswoman; she would smile and greet her patrons, and get to know everyone as well as she possibly could.

With that, she put on the OPEN sign on display and awaited for her customers.

Shoaneb had read the announcement made on the network by someone named Tifa Lockheart. A restaurant opening... what a curious thing. She wondered how long this person had lived in the city. As far as Shoaneb had observed, the natives of this city didn't seem to use the network all that much despite their apparent admiration of the journal devices.

Opening a business wasn't something to do unless one thought that they would be in this place for a long time, was it? Of course, the economy of Paixao seemed merely to be based of anything that shone made opening a business... then again, Shoaneb realized, she didn't know very much about things like that.

So it wasn't with an interest in food that Shoaneb headed through the city, not bothering with an umbrella despite the rain. She wrung out the hem of her cloak when she stepped inside, taking in the restaurant with an expression of great interest on the lower half of her face.

Megara poked her head out from the back room at the sound of someone entering. There was only one person she saw in the city who looked like this woman. Smiling slightly, she entered the main room proper. "Shoaneb?" she called quietly, walking to meet her at the entrance as she wiped her hands on the apron she'd tied around her waist.

Shoaneb looked up at the sound of footsteps. "Megara? I didn't realize you were working here," she said, returning the smile with a polite one of her own. She still wasn't quite sure what sort of person the woman was, but Shoaneb didn't see any ill intentions in her.

"Do you think this place will be successful?" she asked.

"Oh, yeah, I'm a working girl now." Meg stopped in her tracks, frowning. "Uh...probably shoulda rephrased that...."

She resumed walking to Shoaneb, arms folded. "But, yeah, the boss lady is hoping so. Us being stuck her and all, it can't be a bad idea to have a little haven. The other places are nice, don't get me wrong, but the native of this place give me the creeps."

Tilting her head, Meg arched an eyebrow. "You want a table? A bite to eat?"
