In the coming dusk, you will call on us [Active]
Character(s): Xemnas, open o.o
Content: The Superior graces the streets of Paixao, a certain concept in mind.
Setting: Jogo da Crianca area [G6]
Time: 'Midday'.
Warnings: Uh. No? :D?
Darkness was only the mirror opposite of light, and Xemnas always walked the line of nothingness between the two; this day made little difference from any other day, wherein he trailed the border of light. But there was one strangeness to this day, one outstanding circumstance. Xemnas, Organization XIII’s Superior, was gracing the dark streets of Paixao.
His goal was of the simplest of sorts: he would use the mess from City Hall to his advantage. Unlike someone such as Number XII, his face was not one to be recognized so easily by any other, as far as he knew. He donned a white lab coat, stead of his usual robe, kept his head held high defiantly and eyes sharpened to the darkness, catching the movement of the Heartless’ tell – their yellow eyes – and executing them with a swift slice from the glowering red nothingness.
Someone here, in this city, would need help. And who better for them to find than one who was accustomed to the ways of Darkness? One who was even willing to ‘keep them safe’ and aid them in ways that few could do. All of this for a small fee – study, of course, as well as throwing off the scales – not that they would ever know of it.
Power.
Control.
These things were within his nothingness. Darkness may be strong, depending who was wielding it to their will, but Xemnas knew how to fight it. Darkness, Light, it could all be controlled. Same as Nothingness.
Around him, waves of Heartless fell; yellow eyes extinguished, making the surrounding area a complete pitch of black, and Xemnas smirked. Static ran along the blades held at his sides, the only things to be seen.

no subject
The darkness was home to plenty, but the Superior would not call it home to him. No, it was simply a side of the world that needed to be picked apart so that they could find their answers. Yes, as simple as that.
Xemnas was ready to speak more to Number VII, but the bursts of magic were distraction enough; he may not be able to make them out amongst the darkness, but he could hear their path of destruction. Ahhh... company, then? Wonderful, depending who it was lurking amongst the shadows, this could prove interesting...
A grin crosses his face, lit by the red glower of nothingness. He resummons his second blade again, his expression calming as he draws them up. He could see movement of other Heartless crawling amongst the inky black, and he throws one brief, neutral look back towards Saïx before rushing out and eliminating the targets. Hearts release from the Shadows, and, still in an offensive stance, he raises his gaze in the direction of the other person lurking nearby.
His voice rumbles as he calls, "Do you require assistance?"
