Time for some 'friendly' advice. (Active, Closed)

Character(s): Donna Noble, Vyers
Content: Donna volunteered to give Vyers' "Friend" advice. And yes, she does realize he was talking about himself in that post.
Setting: Cafe Ersestat  (H3)
Time: Backdated to the day after Vyers' journal post.
Warnings: Possible yelling. This is Donna...

So this guy's friend needed advice, huh? Yeah right. I've heard that one before. Donna thought, hands in pockets as she walked. She figured that it was actually the guy who had posted who needed advice, and he didn't want to come out and say it.

Getting in sight of the cafe, she reached up to snatch a few leaves off of one of the trees outside, and walked in. Ordering some tea, she took a seat at a table right inside the door, and waiting for the person to show up.

It was all so frustrating. He knew something needed to be done, but he wasn't entirely sure what. He had received advice, but he didn't think the people understood just how difficult the situation was. If it were so simple as talking, would not the situation have been resolved before?

...Wouldn't it?

It had always been difficult to speak. When something needed to be said, when he knew it couldn't wait it was simple, and yet the chance that it could be put off was always so tempting, and it didn't help that it was always so easy to just shut the journal and walk away. The other times he couldn't do that. ...Was that the problem? Or was it that he didn't know what he was supposed to say to begin with?

Vyers arrived at the cafe not long after Donna did, looking more awkward than he would have liked. He wasn't entirely sure what to expect from a meeting such as this, but it was just for some advice and a talk, was it not? Surely it was nothing to worry over.

Vyers scanned the inside of the cafe, and it wasn't long before he spotted Donna at her table. It took him a moment, but he finally walked over to the table and sat at it, his eyes glued to the table as he shifted in his seat. "I... assume you were the one I talked to on the journals?" he asked, not looking up.

He coughed and finally looked up at the woman, finally managing to pull himself together. "My sincerest apologies, I don't believe I introduced myself before. I am Vyers, the Dark Adonis. And yourself?"

Vyers laughed nervously. "Y-yes, I'm here for my... friend. Sadly, he is quite busy at the moment, and so I'm here to relay any information you might have." It seemed rather foolish to continue on with that, as he had a feeling the woman had realized by now that it was, in fact, he who needed the advice, but he could hope. There was some possibility that she hadn't realized, right?

"So, ah, what details do you need again?

Vyers hesitated a moment before nodding. "Yes, right. Let's see... As I mentioned in the entry before, I--my friend wants to mend relations to someone close to him once again. It's... rather difficult to say when the rift between the two began" though he had a fairly good idea, "but it has been wide for quite some time now."

He sighed heavily and rubbed the back of head, looking away. "The only problem is settling things, you see. My friend has difficulty putting things to words, and the other... has quite the temper."

Vyers thought about that for a moment. Notes certainly would make things a lot easier, though it would be rather difficult to check them mid-discussion without being noticed. That was, unless he memorized them before going into the discussion to begin with. And it wasn't as though he had to go up to Laharl immediately. Of course, Vyers wanted to take care of things as soon as possible, but he would much rather not go into it unprepared.

Perhaps he should have brought something to write all of this down...

"A fair statement... Ah, what about the content? The approach?" he asked curiously.
