The Force of Change [active]
Character(s): Reno, Angeal, and anyone else who wants to drop by
Content: A much needed crash-course in recent events
Setting: Actua Are at Joutenheim [N9]
Time: Shortly after this thread.
Warnings: None!
Truth be told, Reno wasn't precisely amused to find more SOLDIERs showing up on the metaphorical doorstep. Zack he could deal with just fine, given that they'd been something approximating friends when he'd been alive. Sephiroth was a bother but at the least not currently trying to destroy the world. But the potential was there all the same. Hell, for all he knew it could be an elaborate trick.
Not that it was particularly likely but it was his job to be suspicious (that and he'd never really liked Sephiroth much, after Nibelheim). But all that aside, he was still going to make good on his offer to tell Angeal what had happened since his death. It ought to be interesting seeing just how he reacted to some of it.
Of course, he hadn't left without a weapon all the same, EMR nestled snugly in his pocket as he headed off for where Angeal was staying. Or rather, the nearest train station, since it was more than a bit of a walk, otherwise.

no subject
And in a way, Zack didn't want to give the sword back, at least not yet. It still reminded him that his mentor had cared, that Cloud had regretted his loss, that he had realized his dreams of being a hero.
Well. No sweat. There was more than one way to skin a frog, as they said in Gongaga.
Zack crossed his arms, the weight of the sword seeming to double in that one second. "Looks like I don't have a choice. We'll just get you something else, Angeal. You can't go defenseless in this city for long." Zack's tone brooked no refusal. Angeal needed a weapon if he was going to combat against the Heartless.
