The Force of Change [active]
Character(s): Reno, Angeal, and anyone else who wants to drop by
Content: A much needed crash-course in recent events
Setting: Actua Are at Joutenheim [N9]
Time: Shortly after this thread.
Warnings: None!
Truth be told, Reno wasn't precisely amused to find more SOLDIERs showing up on the metaphorical doorstep. Zack he could deal with just fine, given that they'd been something approximating friends when he'd been alive. Sephiroth was a bother but at the least not currently trying to destroy the world. But the potential was there all the same. Hell, for all he knew it could be an elaborate trick.
Not that it was particularly likely but it was his job to be suspicious (that and he'd never really liked Sephiroth much, after Nibelheim). But all that aside, he was still going to make good on his offer to tell Angeal what had happened since his death. It ought to be interesting seeing just how he reacted to some of it.
Of course, he hadn't left without a weapon all the same, EMR nestled snugly in his pocket as he headed off for where Angeal was staying. Or rather, the nearest train station, since it was more than a bit of a walk, otherwise.

"People? What people? Surely you don't mean Reno." Reno was hardly the barometer for normal. None of them were, but the redhead seemed to swagger to a whole symphony of his own.
...Wait, what? Oh goody joy Marlboro on a stick. This again. Angeal earned a glare for his words, Zack not about to put up with those spiraling thoughts again. Zack could be just as stubborn as Cloud when the situation called for it, and if he had to beat the idea into Angeal's head with the Buster that the man deserved to live, deserved to be there and be missed, then he gladly would.
"Oh, shove it, Angeal." Zack swallowed once in nervousness before pushing the feeling down. He'd mouthed off to his mentor before, but not on this scale. Angeal wouldn't wipe the floor with him so soon after seeing him again, right? Besides, this was important and so worth it. "You're important to me. We all betrayed ShinRa at the end, and trust me, ShinRa was worth betraying."
