The Force of Change [active]

Character(s): Reno, Angeal, and anyone else who wants to drop by
Content: A much needed crash-course in recent events
Setting: Actua Are at Joutenheim [N9]
Time: Shortly after this thread.
Warnings: None!

Truth be told, Reno wasn't precisely amused to find more SOLDIERs showing up on the metaphorical doorstep. Zack he could deal with just fine, given that they'd been something approximating friends when he'd been alive. Sephiroth was a bother but at the least not currently trying to destroy the world. But the potential was there all the same. Hell, for all he knew it could be an elaborate trick.

Not that it was particularly likely but it was his job to be suspicious (that and he'd never really liked Sephiroth much, after Nibelheim). But all that aside, he was still going to make good on his offer to tell Angeal what had happened since his death. It ought to be interesting seeing just how he reacted to some of it.

Of course, he hadn't left without a weapon all the same, EMR nestled snugly in his pocket as he headed off for where Angeal was staying. Or rather, the nearest train station, since it was more than a bit of a walk, otherwise.

Angeal had to supress his urge to smirk at Reno's hasty reaction. ShinRa was the root of everything; the experiments, the torture... the only salvageable part being SOLDIER, and his brotherhood with his comrades in a difficult time. He couldn't return anyway... he was an abomination. A monster. He'd betrayed ShinRa, and therefore SOLDIER as well. He couldn't even say he had his pride anymore...

The faint hint of a smile faded when the red-head began to explain everything to him, and the age-old anger supressed within him began to flood back to the surface. So Zack had... just like him...

The more he spoke, the less he cared about kicking old wounds. "And you just let them do that to two innocent boys? You didn't try to convince them otherwise, that, oh I don't know, it was a bad idea?" He wasn't sure of the relationship between the Turks and the scientists, but his assumption was that they'd, at the very least, be able to talk to them.

"And Zack took care of the army?"
