Kid sat up dizzily and shook her head. Was being stabbed all a... wait. This place seemed too full of light to be one of her dreams (and her wound was gone as though it could never been and Kid always felt the pain of her wounds when dreaming, always); was she dead?! If she was, damned if Kid would cross those pearly gates without dragging the cause of her death with her! The blonde girl stood, brushing off her clothes and defiantly smarting up her hair a bit, and she strode to the gate, where she addressed one of the guards, clearly irritated. "Oi!" she demanded, drawing herself up to her full, if average, height. "What th' hell d'you think yer doin'? M'not dead yet!" Was she?

The guard looked at Kid as though she were insane and shoved a strange electronic device in her hands, nervously greeting her before shoving the thief into the city. Kid sputtered angrily, about to turn around and give the guard a piece of her mind, when she stopped and looked around her.

Well, may as well look around before going to find Death. This place looked interesting, anyway.

Obito probably could have become thoroughly absorbed in his journal, as it was about the coolest toy he'd ever had, if he hadn't noticed something even cooler when he looked over the top of it. "Dude!" he exclaimed as his eyes lighted on a skeleton standing on it's own in the middle of the street and wearing BADASS armor. It went pretty high on the list of the coolest things he'd ever seen.

He shoved the journal and pamphlets into a pocket and went running over to investigate further. "Oh cool! That's freakin' sweet! Hey! Hey! Oneechan! Is this a Kugutsu no jutsu?!" he asked excitedly, giving the skeleton's armor an experimental poke.
