Moses and the Burning Bush. [Closed]
Character(s): Axel, Kadaj.
Content: Axel plans on trying to capture a subject for his private endevours.
Setting: Ouside the "Fortess of Darkness".
Time: Late Tuesday night.
Warnings: None yet.
Now Moses was tending the flock of Jethro his father-in-law, the priest of Midian, and he led the flock to the far side of the desert and came to Horeb, the mountain of God. There The Angel of the Lord appeared to him in flames of fire from within a bush. Moses saw that though the bush was on fire it did not burn up. So Moses thought, "I will go over and see this strange sight - why the bush does not burn up.”
It actually hadn’t taken Axel long to find the establishment. While it was a risk to go beyond the borders of the city, it was one he knew he must take; for the good of science, for the good of his own Heart that waited patiently for him a great reach away. He could locate this fortress, but not that, but it would do, because he knew all in all it would become a simple stepping stone on the path leading to his desire.
Axel slunk through the stretches of grassy field beyond the Muspelheim gates. It was a dry, airy grassland, but the night was frigid and bitter, and it was very uncomfortable for a creature of his composure – his very being was satiated upon a single flame burning within him. Slowly, his black-coated form moved through the plains, the vague, chilled wind brushing along his clothing and hair.
He came upon the fortress and stopped a ways away, but close enough for him to observe quietly. Crouching down under the brush, Axel observed the area like a lion sizing up its prey. He felt an odd thump in his chest and tensed—and suddenly, somewhere between him and the house of darkness, a single flame ignited amongst the grasses.

He forced his face into a very grim smile, doing his best to ignore the after-images the flame had practically burned into his eyes. "Of course I remember... it's incredibly hard to forget someone as flashy as you." Nevermind the fact that he was pretty flashy himself; Kadaj was feeling a bit smug over having guessed his identity accurately and conveniently overlooked that fact.
"Seems like you haven't forgotten me either," he went on to say, shifting his weight slightly as he became just the tiniest bit more relaxed. He couldn't resist giving the other a teasing look, asking, "What, are you here for another kiss~?" The glare was still faintly present, though, just daring Axel to take that seriously. Bastard probably would anyway, but he didn't care.

He was close enough to touch him, now. Axel lifted his hand - his left one, which even through the black gloves, was obviously horribly disfigured and twisted all sorts of awkward ways, and moved it to place gently against the side of Kadaj's face. Axel stared down at him quietly, then dipped down, kissing him very gently, then pulling back.
