Edward was asleep in Pride's bed yet again. He'd taken to sleeping there mostly because he felt bad about leaving him alone at night and the thought of spending the night with Pride and the prinnies was as frightening a thought as meeting Envy again in the form of a giant milk bottle. The blonde was sprawled on the bed as usual, the sheets kicked mostly off of him and his metal hand laying across the bared part of his stomach between his boxers and an old t-shirt, quietly snoring away.

The touch slowly drew Edward out of his sleep, squirming as he was pulled up from the fog and his eyes fluttering open, though squeezing shut again at the light.

"Mmm," he mumbled with a yawn, stretching his arms up over his head. "Morning already?"

"Awake," Pride replied by way of agreement, drawing his hand away and tucking it back under his chin. He paused a moment, still watching as Ed stretched lithely. "Find Alphonse," the homunculus added; Ed had said they would go find someone by that name today.
