Relocating [Completed]
Character(s): Misha (
angelicklutz), Danny (
muffinsplz), Valerie (
valerie_dark)
Content: Misha and Danny decide to relocate for their own safety, and run into Valerie
Setting: Vanaheim [F3]
Time: Morning after this
Warnings: None yet.
It had been kind of an awkward morning, upon waking to find that she and Danny were sleeping in the same bed. Danny had spluttered something incomprehensible, but Misha had mostly just been confused by his reaction. After all, hadn't he said it was okay that she stay, especially after what had happened? And she'd been glad to stay, because she didn't feel all alone in a big room.
But through talking, they'd come to the conclusion that Dan might know where they were -- how else could he have gotten into Danny's dreams? And both of them weren't eager to experience something like that ever again. So they'd decided to leave the Acuta Are hotel, maybe even Vanaheim altogether.
Misha had gone back to her room to pack, not that she had many things. Only her pajamas, her uniform that she used to wear to school, and her To-Heaven box.
She was all ready, but she was a little afraid to leave her room now. Because her wings still hurt, she couldn't pull them into hiding, and she definitely didn't want to be walking around with them out. So she sat on the edge of her bed, kicking her legs a bit.

no subject
Seeing he wasn't convinced, she decided to get a little defensive. "Look, if I were him do you think I would have even bothered to talk? Look at where we are: out of plain sight and no witnesses except Misha, and you think Dan would have stopped just for that? I've heard about what he does, and he wouldn't wait this long! I'm not here to add hell to your life Danny Fenton! I'm here because I know somewhere you needed someone to be here, to make sure you're OK! I'm not your friends or your family, but I am me, and I want to protect you anyway I can."
What more could she say? There wasn't enough time to talk about the dreams or how she got here when Danny had that green fire aimed at her. How the heck was he even able to do that? There was something a bit too familiar about that attack, but at the moment, she was a little too preoccupied with getting attacked. It was like a reflection of her old self: shoot first, ask questions later. Nothing she said was a lie, but that didn't mean it made a lot of sense. For some reason, she turned her eyes to the little girl watching them. She wished she could apologize for how they both must look.
