Another home away from home [completed]
Character(s): Bakura Ryou
Content: Bakura walks several more miles to the Haja O Que Houver and gets himself settled in a room.
Setting: Haja O Que Houver
Time: midafternoon
Warnings: Nothing
Bakura kept walking. He remembered that the furthest of the three hotels in the area was considered the most friendly and at the moment, he really needed that kind of support, so he started walking from Auntie Unde's north and slightly to the west. After some time, he stopped and pulled out his journal to double-check the map before continuing.
Eventually, he reached the Haja O Que Houver. He grinned, going up to the desk and holding out his Happy Lover card for payment. The man at the desk grinned, taking the card and slipping it into a dice bag behind the counter. He turned and gave the young boy a key and directed one of the other workers to show the boy to his room.
Once in his room, Bakura took off his cloak and made his bag hiccup all its contents on the bed and began to go through them. He put his new craft supplies on the desk near the window with his journal. He put the duel disk in a dresser drawer with the bag and his cloak. And he put his deck, the release order from the hospital, and the city brochure on the bedside table. He sighed, taking the package of bandages and medicines Nurse Lisa had given him into the bathroom. He sighed, sitting on the floor next to the bathtub and letting the water run. He carefully peeled off the bandage on his arm and let the water run over the stitches, wincing at the water pressure. He sighed, turning off the water and carefully drying his arm and dabbing at the stitches with a towel. He rebandaged his arm and went back into the bedroom and sat on the bed. He was exhausted.
