A new adventure begins... [completed]

Character(s): Belle and anyone that wants to pop in.
Content: Belle’s entrance to Paixao
Setting: Niflheim gate and that area.
Time: Afternoon, Week 2

‘Where am I?’ Belle wondered as she stood up.

The last thing she remembered was walking along in the woods around the castle. She had decided to go on a little adventure and explore the are more and it was fun for awhile, until she slipped down a hill and hit her head. When she opener her eyes she didn’t see the woods anymore. She saw...

A line. She started walking towards the line, pausing every so often to stand on her tiptoes trying to see what the line was for. All she could see was a gate. This made Belle quite curious as to what could possibly be on the other side of the gate that made all these people stand in line. And so patiently too.

She stood in line for a bit, but the line moved quite slow so she decided to go to the gate to see if this was something she really wanted to get into. As she got closer she decided that it did not quite look very welcoming, but it did look...interesting. She had never seen anything like it before. ‘It looks like something out of one of my books. I seem to have stumbled upon my very own adventure.’

When she got to the front of the line she tried to peer beyond the gate.

“Miss I need your name if you’re going to enter.” The mann behind the booth said.

“Oh, I was just wondering what was going on here. I’m not–“

“Name please” The man said cutting her off.

“Belle. Can you just tell me what is going on?”

“All information can be found in the brochures”

Belle picked up some brochures and looked at them. “Paixao” She read. Belle had never heard of such a place. She looked questioningly at the man but all he did was hand her a small blue rectangle. She took it and looked at the gate. She was very curious about this place but she didn’t want to go too far from home without letting anyone know where she was. But she couldn’t see the forest to get back home. Perhaps someone would know how to get home inside this place.

Once inside the gate, Belle looked around. All she could see ahead of her were average sized houses. She couldn’t see anything special about the place, but she walked on because there just had to be something about this place. She wouldn’t be here if she weren’t meant to be.

Belle kept walking towards the town in search of someone or some place that might give her more information about the place she was in. Looking around at the people she noticed that they all looked the same. All of them with blonde hair and blue eyes. Once again she was in a town where she stuck out like a sore thumb. Anyone would notice her wavy brown hair in this crowd. Even her blue dress was quite different than the clothes these people wore. She kept looking around taking everything in, hoping she would find a friendly face, among the blondes. But they didn’t even seem to notice her.

But this wasn’t the first time in Belle’s life that she received strange looks from town members. She would find someone to help her though...she was almost sure of it.

Subaru had walked, or rather hopped, his way from Lucifer and Soma, feeling very upset about how they regarded him as insignificant. And yet, Subaru doesn't really care about what they think of him, he doesn't care about them at all. There is only one thing, one wish, that he actually cares about. But no, it is not even the end of the world. Subaru wants to go back to Tokyo to find the Sakurazukamori, not Kamui.

At first, he was going to go to Yuzuriha, but his Shikigami hasn't found where she is yet, so he will have to wait. Besides, in the current mood that he is in, he might snap at her and he doesn't want that. Subaru needs to smoke. It had started simply as something rebellious he wanted to do, but maybe it has recently become an addiction.

Subaru doesn't care anyway, he simply needs a cigarette. Walking through the crowd, he catches sight of a brown-haired lady who stands out like a sore thumb in the midst of the blonde blue-eyed citizens of Paixao. He catches her eye as she was looking around, but quickly averts his gaze and walks over to a small stall on his left.

"Cigarette," he mutters to the man without making eye contact, "any brand, two boxes." The man gives them to him without question, and Subaru gives him the money as indicated by the shopkeeper, taking the cigarette boxes without saying thank you. Lighting up one of his cigarettes, he tries to find the brown-haired girl. She seems to be confused, and Subaru feels a twinge of guilt at averting his gaze like that.
