Hitting On People Does Not Qualify As Actual Work, I'm Afraid [Completed]
Character(s): Luxord, random NPC, Xigbar, Saix, Xaldin, Larxene, Zexion, Marluxia, The Superior
Content: Number Ten enters the town, and Saix decides that he and Xigbar should fill in some information to the other Nobody. Xaldin and Larxene (who dragged Zexion along with her), on the other hand, are not so happy with this "freezing time" deal. While Marluxia jumps in to see what all the fuss is, The Superior intrudes as to inform the group of a gathering.
Setting: Joutenheim gate
Time: Sunday, noon
Warnings: Swearing and Luxord being a whore.
Despite "time" being his element, waiting was just not his thing. In fact, considering how far behind he was in his work, he would prefer not to wait for anything, especially not in a line when everyone was in the general vicinity of his way. So, after taking the logical route and teleporting to the front of the row (pushing someone out of his way for good measure), he got there with all intents of getting his work done and not being punished for being late.
"So, Rosemary- may I call you Rosemary?" Luxord smiled, leaning forward to rest his chin onto his palms, elbows on the edge of the information booth in front of him. Rosemary wasn't even close to the woman's real name, considering the nametag on her chest that clearly stated "Daniella", but he was sure that didn't matter much. "Are you doing anything special later? I think I mentioned it before, but you have the sweetest blonde hair…" A gloved hand reached up and stroked one of the girl's blonde curls, the giggle coming from the woman seeming to annoy the people in the quickly growing line.
A cute girl distracting him was much better than waiting in his book. He didn't give a rat's ass that people wanted through the gate - they should have more patience. Hell, they should be thankful that he had been blocking the way for the past fifteen minutes. Ungrateful little bastards.
The girl shrunk back after her giggling stopped, face still blushing red. "Aha, I'm sorry, sir. B-but I really need your name…" It was amusing how she fumbled with her papers and the little electronic journals, trying to regain her dignity. Whether or not she any dignity in the first place was not going to be debated in his mind.

Wait. He hadn’t just considered teaming up with a neophyte, had he? He must truly be in dire straits to think of that. He dismissed the thought just as quickly as it had come.
Well. Larxene had offered a chance to tag along with her and Zexion to the Actua Are. He looked towards Larxene, a slow smile creeping on his face. “I’ll come along, if you truly do not mind the company.” It would be a perfect time to question Zexion about the Dark Mousy fellow he’d come across. Also, Zexion should not have to suffer with a neophyte for so long. That was a cruel punishment indeed. The time between now and the meeting was not all that long anyhow. Spending time with his fellow members and comparing his progress to theirs would be beneficial at the very least.
Back to tending to the grandfather clock. “But first.” He targeted Number Ten again. “Well, Luxord, I am pleased to see that you still have wits enough to remember how to resume the time flow again. I only wish you had the same knowledge in terms of blood flow to your brain. I’ll be happy to break up any blockages you have in that department.” He once again resumed his cold, angry pacing. “I’ll have you know that was not just any fight you paused, but a very special one. The fellow I was fighting had an interesting heart type. I may never get the opportunity to study it the same way, thanks to your incompetence.” He was angry enough to summon his lances, but held off. He was the highest ranking among all gathered; he ought to set an example to the others in terms of decorum. Wonderful as it would be, gutting Luxord out of hand would not prove anything besides inability to handle a wild temper. “You deserve punishment for interrupting our mission!”
