Armor is not a subtle thing to wear. [Solo/Complete]

Character(s): Percival
Content: The famed Swordsman of Gale finds himself in Paixao and wanders.
Setting: Niflheim area [G10]
Time: Sunday mornin'
Warnings: Nothing here :D

Percival blinked. He was trying to rid himself of the "I must still be asleep" kind of sensation he was currently feeling. This was not so. When he opened his eyes again, the knight found himself still staring up awkwardly at the gigantic gate before him, one that led into a strange domed city. It made him think of Harmonia, but he was certain this place was even farther away than the Holy Kingdom of Harmonia was. That in itself was very disconcerting, because he had no idea how he had ended up here. The knight surmised it could be some form of witchcraft, possibly a Truen Rune's doing.

But who on earth would want to kidnap a fully armored knight? A part of him snickered, suggesting it could be one of his more... capable admirers. Percival sighed and brushed that one into the "thought trashbin". Nope, that definitely was not it. Brown eye peered down the street, trying to spot any recognizable faces. Who knew? Maybe Borus or Lady Chris had been sent to this place as well. After a moment of staring, the tall knight decided it would just be better to walk in. Yes, walk, that would get him somewhere where he could ask somebody if they knew where this place was. And more importantly how to get home.

As he clanked forward, suddenly wishing he hadn't been warped here while on morning guard duty, a disconcerted expression fell over his features. Every piece of "plant life" was fake. Down to the very blades of grass. Now, that was indeed a strange thing. His expression fleeted after a moment, his whole body tensing up. Something was nearby. Percival turned his attention to the side, catching sight of possibly the strangest thing he had ever laid eyes upon.

It was greatly cat-like in its form, except the color was a translucent rainbow, shifting in the light. Great yellow eyes were staring straight at him, although it felt like it was more staring through him. The cat-like thing stared a moment longer and fled, leaving behind a stiff and fully attentive knight.

Suddenly, he hoped that if Chris was here, she was alright.
