Reunion. [Active]

Character(s): Rufus and the Turks.
Content: They meet up to figure out wtf is going on.
Setting: Vanaheim Station [F3]
Time: Sunday, midday.
Warnings: None.

Hopefully, he had escaped the crazy girl successfully. She wasn't so bad, but Rufus really had other business to attend to at the moment and his main concern was assembling his Turks and getting things in order. Perhaps they knew what was going on – they were all present, after all. Either way, he was really going to need some explanations...

The trek back to the gate had winded him. It made him feel slightly pathetic, but when one was ridden with the star-scar syndrome, it was a little difficult to be any different. He came to the Vanaheim Station the littlest bit out of breath, his good hand pressed gently to his chest as he walked and remained as calm and controlled as possible.

Rufus looked around he area once or twice, just in case he'd see a familiar face, but when his efforts went fruitless, he took to simply heading over to a bench up against the outside of the station and sitting there for now. His hand still rested on his chest, while the other was at his side.

They had better hurry up.

There was a long pause in which everyone was quiet, Elena sensing the chastise in Rufus' voice as clearly as if he had yelled at her. But the President was silent, and Tseng was as well... and Elena was already bitter at Reno.

The blonde shouldered her newly-reclaimed purse spitefully, and couldn't help but say simply, almost scared, "... I don't know if Reno and Rude are coming, sir. Reno's had... trouble, with his journal. And if it's not working right, he won't know the area well enough to make it here in time to whatever it was you had in mind." Her voice was timid, official, and respectful as she added an almost-forgotten, "...sir."
