I bet you've never seen a cat quite like me [Completed]
Character: Yoruichi and Urahara
Content: The Goddess of Flash's arrival
Setting: Muspelheim & Morem O Lisboa
Time: Thursday, Mid-Morning
Warnings: Animal chasing, implied nudity
Yoruichi had been taken to this strange place without any kind of warning, not that it really bothered her all that much.
The day had started out just like any other. She began by going to Urahara's shop early in the morning to talk to him about Aizen, and see if he had learned anything new about his plans. At least she would’ve done that, if Urahara was actually there. His assistants weren’t present either. Yoruichi thought it was odd, but didn’t pay much attention to it. She helped herself to some of his milk and decided to take a nap while she waited for him. That was the beginning of this mess.
When she awoke, Yoruichi was quick to notice a dramatic change of scenery. No longer was she in Urahara's shop, but now in the outskirts of a lush forest. The rest could be summed up with a confused Yoruichi exploring the area and eventually making her way to a large dome. She remained hidden, and examined at the rather out of place structure until finally spotting an entrance into it. But there was something else, there were people here.
"Things just keep getting stranger and stranger. But I might as well have a look inside." And through the gates she went, sneaking past those who were there with relative ease. The problem now was... where to go next?
Darting from building to building, the nimble feline was hoping to learn anything about what had happened to her. Instead, she ended up making a different kind of discovery.
"Aha, so I'm not alone here." Yoruichi was talking about the spirit energy she was feeling. There was no mistaking it: there were others from Soul Society. But whom? Their energy was too faint for her to get a precise lock any of them, except for one. “So he's here too. It figures that he still hasn't learned how to conceal his energy."
Stepping out from her hiding place and started to head out towards the source of the spirit energy. Unfortunately for her, she failed to notice a blonde-haired man walking by. Soon enough, the two were only a couple of feet apart from each other. Maintaining her calm, Yoruichi continued to act like the cat she so looked like. The other man however, wasn’t nearly as composed.
"B-Black skin... Y-Yellow eyes. You must be a...a…" His body trembling, he raised an arm and pointed at her. "A HEARTLESS!!" shouted the blonde-haired man.
Heartless? What’s that? Yoruichi pondered about what the word could’ve possibly meant. However,, it didn’t take long for her to be surrounded by many blonde-haired civilians who had heard the man shouting.
What’s this all about? You’d think these people have never seen a cat before.
Yoruichi had no idea how right she was.
“Is that really a heartless? It’s so small, and hairy.” Said a blonde-haired woman.
“Black skin, yellow eyes, never seen it before. It has to be!” commented another blonde-haired man.
“But they don’t usually travel alone… do they?”
“Maybe it’s a scout, or a sentry? So we have to kill it before it returns with more!”
“You’re right… Kill it!”
The group of civilians started to get anxious and angrier with each passing moment.
I think it’s time I took my leave. Turning around, Yoruichi started to walk away from the rather edgy people. Though her walk soon turned into a full sprint, as the civilians immediately gave chase to her, all while screaming “Kill the heartless!”
This is no way to treat a cat! she thought to herself while running away from the angry mob, that grew larger in size which each blonde-haired man and woman that saw her.
[OOC: Bleach muns, let me know if what I said about the concealed spirit energy needs to be changed.]

Well, who said physical attraction had to make sense?
Not that he was about to give up or anything, it's just... he really liked seeing their hands on top of the desk... rather than below it or over it. Okay, now was not the time to think about that. Break time was no place to be thinking about work and drifting hands.
And break time it was indeed. His training was over, so Urahara had decided to take a little break outside. He pushed the doors open with relative ease, breathing in the rain-soaked air with relish. It was refreshing, to say the least. The blonde stretched, walking slowly as he did. He figured he had a little while before his employer came calling him in again. Why not take a little walk? Kisuke had wanted to check out the city, so now was a good a time as any. Rain had sort of stopped, and it only drizzled slightly, if at all. Nice.
His new shoes barely made any sound while he walked. It was odd, because he was so used to the sound of his geta making the click-clack noises. Thinking about that led him right around to his shop. Ah, poor Tessai, Jinta, and Ururu! What would they do without their manager? Probably function the same as always. They were so used to Kisuke's odd disappearances (mostly when he left with that little black cat) that the three helpers just went about their normal business. As for the little black cat... Kisuke wondered if she too, had come to Paixao. He really wished she did, because even though he wouldn't admit it, Urahara really missed her. Strange, because he had only really been gone for not even a day. He should be used to being apart from Yoruichi.
But sadly, he wasn't.
Some strong Shinigami he made. A strange but familiar sense washed over him, before he could wallow in self-pity. Which was all the better for him, because Kisuke hated self-pity. Grey eyes squinted at the sight ahead, it looked like a bunch of people chasing or running from something. Hm, strange. The people here in Paixao didn't seem like the type to get riled up about much. Then again, he could be wrong about the chasing and the running away. The crowd was still quite far for him to see. Curiousity suggested he fix that. Urahara glanced back at the already distanced hotel. Hmmm, if he used flash-step, he'd be able to check out the unusual sight and be back at the hotel in no time. Kisuke grinned, that would do just the trick. Besides, even if he was late, they couldn't hate their charming desk clerk for very long. He tossed one look ahead and grinned even wider.
With a blink, he was gone.

What the hell was this all about? Why did they keep shouting "Heartless!" at her? She really would've liked an answer to these, and several other questions right about now. Sadly, any stop in her running would've probably lead to some bigger problems. She thought about changing to her human form but the lack of clothing would only make things worse. Not that Yoruichi was bothered by being naked in the first place. She just didn't want to have to hurt anybody on her very first day here.
Using her quick speed and reflexes, she managed to put some distance between her and her pursuers. Hiding around a corner, Yoruichi took this moment to think of her next move. She had to be fast though, it wouldn't be long until somebody else found her.
"This is ridiculous. I'd rather be facing Hollows than deal with these lunatics."

He had seen a little black form dash towards a corner, probably to hide. Urahara immediately slowed his flash step and concentrated on that particular corner. Hopefully the rest of the mob hadn't seen the little thing, Kisuke wanted to check it out without interruption. The blonde stopped just a few feet away from the curled black form. It looked like...
...a cat. Not just any black cat either, because he caught words coming from the cat's direction. Blonde eyebrows shot up in surprise. Now this was just his luck, now wasn't it!
"Aw, you don't like their mass greeting of you, little kitty." A snicker snuck out from under his breath. The ex-captain leaned down to pick up the familiar feline, thumbs hooking under her front shoulders and holding her in front of him. His grin widened.
"Looks like they want you to be their new friend, Yoruichi-san~"

This was some of the concealed spirit energy she was feeling earlier, but she didn't know it belonged to... him. Or maybe she would've been able to tell if the angry mob hadn't made things difficult for her. Regardless, Yoruichi was relieved to finally have found a familiar face here.
"Bah, I could've dealt without them chasing me all around the damn place."
She looked at Urahara with an annoyed look on her face. Well, as annoyed as a cat's face could get anyway.
"But you know... I had no idea that you were here. Is there something you'd like to tell me?"
no subject
"There are a few things you probably should know about this place, but first, you may want to change out of that form so we can get you some clothing. I'm sure you don't really mind walking around stark naked, but others might." A subtle grin curled up the ends of his lips. It was no secret that his long time friend (or maybe more?) would've shunned clothing altogether if she could.
Not that he minded, ever.
((Back to the hotel~~ <3 Is that okay? I don't know if Yoruichi is willing to meet the rest just yet...))

In any case, he had a point. Staying as a cat would only make it harder for her to move around and find out more about this place. Ah, and there was also the thing about clothes, but that just a minor detail.
"Well, it's not my fault I was taken here without a chance to get dressed. But alright, let's go to wherever it is you're staying and talk there. You do have a place to stay... right?"
no subject
"Oho, just in time to get back to work, actually." Kisuke peered down at the little cat for a moment, checking to make sure he hadn't lost her along the way. Nope, still there, curled up. He pushed the doors open and signed back in before placing Yoruichi onto the counter. The ex-captain circled around the back of the wooden counter and dragged his green robes out from under it, then placed them in front of his friend.
"Unfortunately, I don't have much else. And well... a man asking for a ladies' clothing would be quite an odd sight, don't you agree? I promise to... 'acquire' some for you later, along with a nice bowl of milk." He smiled gently before giving her a nice little pet behind the ears.
"You should change, so no one decides to greet you so nicely again."
no subject
"Hmph, I bet you're just dying to see me naked again. But very well..."
She lept off from the counter and onto the floor and took a couple of steps backward. Her yellow eyes began to glow as a large amount fog started to come out from underneath her paws. The fur on the back of her head turned plum as it grew longer and longer. Hind paws became legs, front paws became arms and her body grew taller and more erect.
Soon enough, the black cat was no more and it's place was an attractive dark-skinned woman.
"There, I hope you appreciate what I do for you." she said to him, going over the counter and picking up the clothes he had set out for her. Yoruichi held them out in front of her and looked at them before grimacing a bit. "You know, staying a cat and being chased around doesn't seem like such a bad idea now that I think about it."
no subject
"Yoruichi-san! You wound me so. Look, can't you see the blood coming from this stab mark on my heart?" Kisuke placed a bony hand over his heart, feigning a dying look, albeit one with a load of over-played dramatism. She wasn't going to buy it, but that was ok, because that's the Yoruichi he knew.
"Actually, Yoruichi-san, they may not chase you as a cat, but I think you'll end up with a different kind of chasing. The kind of chasing those poor silly mortal men do." He waved his hand for emphasis, and also as a subtle gesture towards one of the male employees who was gawking in the corner.
The whole scene was so entirely amusing. He might start liking Paixao a little better now.

"On second thought, maybe I'll just use flash steps. These bulky robes will probably get in the way if I tried running in them." she commented, tugging on the sides of the green pants.
Looking at the man Urahara was pointing too, she crossed her arms and grinned before making brief eye contact with the male employee. "They've probably never seen a woman like me before. It just can't be helped. But enough about him..."
She put an elbow on the counter and leaned on it. "Do you plan on giving me a room here? Or do I have to sleep outside?" Not that she didn't mind sleeping outside. It was how she slept as a cat, after all. "Oh... and were's that milk? I'm getting pretty thirsty here."
[OOC: We can start wrapping this scene up soon, don't you think?]

"Bulky? I suppose. I'll try and find some better ones... but it might be a while." The blonde let out a half-hearted sigh. So many things to do. Then again, he had all the time in the world. At least, that's what it looked like.
"Ha! Not many women are like you, Yoruichi." His lips curled up in a half-teasing manner, but the spark in his intelligent grey eyes said something different. Hidden, but different. Very hidden in fact, by close to 400 years of a close-lipped existance. Such was this 12th Division ex-captain.
"The milk I can handle in the next 5 minutes, if that is to your liking. As for the room, would you like a reservation?" The manager had walked into check on his progress, so Urahara's tone changed considerably about halfway through his speech. She nodded approvingly, even though she gave Yoruichi a strange look. Kisuke shrugged it off and waited until she was out of earshot.
"Weeeellll~" He started in a sing-song voice, "I'll be staying in one of the employee rooms here, you're welcome to stay, as per usual, until I can sneak around and find a free room. Or make one, if I must." And he would, if he could indeed do that while here. Kisuke certainly hoped he could, otherwise Paixao would be much more difficult than he had first gathered.
They would just have to wait until then.
