Seifer had ordered water only, and she wondered why since he did say that he was starving. She wanted to ask but decided against it because Seifer might still be angry at her and she needs to save up on power anyway. She looks out the window of the afternoon and is let down by the fact that the sun is setting and not rising as she expected it to be.

She pouts and looks down on her menu without reading it; moving as little as possible to save as much energy as possible. If she can hold on until tomorrow when the sun rises and she can go out, maybe Seifer does not have to know that Chii is low on battery. That way, Seifer will not be unhappy. With that thought in mind, she stops moving altogether including her blinking. She hopes Seifer will not notice...
