So they went on a mission. A mission to fix Chii, the robot, who Selphie still swore up and down was Seifer's girlfriend. She wondered why he wasn't more worried about her, she shrugged it off as that he wasn't an emotional guy but was really and truly worried deep inside. She smiled to herself as they walked. There was little conversation, in fact, Selphie said maybe two things to him the whole way. Of course, Selphie had wanted to chat lots more to the man who was from the same world as her, but refrained. It wasn't a good time.

Selphie had absolutely no idea where she was going, but her idea of where to go even though she had never been in this town before seemed to work.

"This looks like it might just be it!" Selphie pointed to the sign, and gave Seifer one of her special happy grins. She gave a happy jump of victory and winked at Seifer.

As intimidating as Luigi was, Seifer refused to give the man the satisfaction of seeing him scared. Standing his ground (well, more or less), Seifer's expression stayed defiant and almost bored until Luigi was done speaking.

"Selphie said earlier that she would pay, but just because she didn't yet or expects me to now is no reason to yell at me," the blond said bitchily, his voice sharp and condescending. "Way to assume," he added, his voice as sarcastic as could be.

Glancing at Chii but ignoring her comments, Seifer looked back over at Luigi and heaved an exaggerated sigh. "So how much is it, anyway?"
