The Doctor had always believed that making people dress up for something was a bit silly. Why not let them wear what they wanted? THat made things much more fun. Not that he wasn't going to be formally dressed - any excuse for a top hat, really - but that was hardly the point. "Of course it's going to be dangerous," he scoffed. "Anything worth doing is generally some shade of scary."
