Character(s): Nick Fury, and whomever feels like talking to him!
Content: The Colonel goes to stock up on a few necessities.
Setting: Folio's Weaponry, just outside the shop.
Time: Midway through week 39, noonish.
Warnings: Fury can be crabby, but he should be able to play nice.
Colonel Fury had decided to consider himself a prisoner. One of war, for as long as it took to discover more details about what the hell this city was actually about. All he knew is that this wasn't Earth, which meant a lot of laws and codes of conduct wouldn't apply here. Still, that was no reason to stop acting like a damn good soldier, and that meant staying well-supplied.
He'd been impressed with the quality of weapons available at shops around here, but not without reinforcing his own suspicion and cynicism. If he actually was in a big, glitzy prison as he'd been told by others, why would there be such a generous supply of such good arms?
Nicholas pondered this while strapping his handgun back into his hip holster, securing it tightly. Even if being armed was still a relative norm here, he didn't like drawing attention to himself.

Eventually he got bored enough with picking on Lumens that he ended up at the weapon shop. Somehow he doubted there'd be much for gunblades there, but it wouldn't hurt to look around, maybe pick up a few things for maintenance. A dull blade just wouldn't do.
It wasn't long before he spotted Nick, who he recognized from speaking to a while ago, and barked a dry laugh. "Why am I not surprised to see you here, Old Timer?" As cocky in person as he was over the message board.

"The selection sure ain't as colourful as the toys I got back home, but I think I'll get by." He remarked. Not a threat or even an attempt to impress. Just a point he was making to someone who might be a useful resource. Speaking of which...
"Looks like you just came from a few rounds of whooping some poor schmuck's ass. Care to disclose any details?"

Seifer took the comment just as it was intended, a comment. The selection really wasn't great, but most of this stuff wasn't really of interest to him anyway. Guns were useful and all, but he wasn't the type to rely on ranged combat. Not personal enough.
"Ain't much to say, pickin' fights with the damned glowdogs to keep myself entertained. For a city in a castle this place is fuckin' boring," Not that Seifer was really sure what he was expecting a city inside a castle to be like. Dreadfully boring simply wasn't it, though. "Figured I'd drop by here to see what they've got for keeping my blade sharp is all. Got some fun toys back home, huh?"
