I've got a question. What's goin' on? [Active/Open]

Characters: Gourry and anyone who cares to join him.
Content: Gourry's arrival in Paixao! Cue him wandering around like a lost puppy.
Setting: By the Niflheim gate.
Time: Late morning?
Warnings: He's probably gonna talk about food. >.>

If anyone were to ask him exactly how it was that he came to this place, Gourry wouldn't have even been able to come close to explaining. That was really rather par for the course, but to be fair, these circumstances were even more confusing than usual. He vaguely remembered blacking out -- that wasn't really an uncommon occurrence. He'd gotten used to taking Lina's stray spells or various swings to the head, but now and then, one of them was still hard enough to knock him off his feet for a minute or two. Usually, though, he woke up in the same place he went down in, but this time...

Huh.

Seeing as the area surrounding was entirely unfamiliar, getting in line when he saw a number of people queued up to enter the city he'd found himself on the outskirts of just seemed like the thing to do. After all, if they all wanted to get in there so badly, it had to be worth it, right? There didn't seem to be much else in any other direction. Besides, now that he was awake, he was hungry -- as he tended to be near constantly during his waking hours -- and a city that size was bound to have all kinds of places to eat.

The line moved at a decent enough pace, and once he was inside, he stretched one arm over his head as he casually strolled down what appeared to be the main road from the gate, reaching behind his head to grab at his arm with the opposite hand and giving it a sharp tug, loosening his shoulder before folding both arms over his chest.

Wow. He lightly scratched at one side of his head. This place was big. Where to start? And where was everyone else, anyway? Not very nice of them to run off without him while he was unconscious.

... well. He was pretty sure that wasn't the first time that had happened, anyway.
