Character(s): Roderich (Austria) & anyone who shows up.
Content: Roderich arrives at the city, and promptly gets lost.
Setting: Paixao (City of)
Time: Afternoon
Warnings: None (Disclaimer: Yet)
Before the modern age took over, before cars and machines filled the streets and things because much too busy. Roderich stared at the buildings before him, wondering if he had taken a step backwards in time, back to when Vienna was the center of the world. But, it was wrong. He knew it was wrong. He'd seen changes in the world, taking the center of the world to another country, now that his empire was over.
But this, this wasn't Austria. This wasn't him. Even the people here were wrong. He had managed to charm some information out of a well dressed woman heading towards a restaurant, walking with her for a block or so before she had to go to the restaurant. He had received an invitation to dinner with her, but had declined, knowing that he had more important things to do. She had given him directions to the nearest train station, and he had left to try to find a way around the city, and maybe a place to stay.
...or if he was lucky, someone who didn't look like a blond, blue eyed ghost.

Iroh trudged his short legs through the thick snow and ice and made his way across the roadway and the sidewalk to come to Austria's side. "You will have to excuse me. I would have come sooner but this weather makes my joints ache in ways I've never felt before. Can I help you, my boy?"
