Suddenly he gasped as he felt something thump against his solar plexus, did she stab him? It felt kind of cold, he couldn't describe it, like a numbing sensation. It felt like the cold, numbing , tingle took an age to settle into his skin, turn his flesh cold and his eyes dry, but it only took a matter of seconds and his body was frozen. A perfect grey statue, all textures lost to the overwhelming petrification.
