Snow, Heartless, and....an old friend? [Active]
Character(s): Jenny and Donna Noble
Content: While out for a stroll, Jenny runs into some Heartless, and an old friend.
Setting: The center of the city and beyond!
Time: Evening
Warnings: None
The snow had been getting deeper as the days had gone on, but Jenny waded through it all the same, seeming to manage with it as best she could. Thankfully, it was still possible to walk through it, and even jog through it in some parts, but she wondered how much longer that would last before even that would be impossible, or perhaps she should be saying highly unlikely.
As Jenny passed the Central Station, still closed because of the snow, she found herself pulling her new jacket closer to her, fitting it properly to her shoulders again after it had slightly slid, and therefore making it more comfortable. When the snow had started, she hadn't bothered picking up anything heavy, just a light black leather jacket that seemed to fit her body perfectly, and cut off at her waist. It was comfortable, and that was all that she had cared about when she'd chosen it.
Okay, so there were things to think about other then her jacket, like the fact that she wasn't about to let the so-called mayor keep her confined in the city. Seriously, it just wasn't an option. Too much to see, and explore for that to happen. She'd have to figure a way out of here.
Her thought process was instantly halted as she spotted something move out of the corner of her eye, and quickly glanced in it's direction. Nothing was there. Another movement to her left, and again, she glanced, but this time, she caught a quick look at it. A shadow. No, not just a shadow. A heartless.
One heartless wasn't so bad, and she instantly let her hand go to her gun, ready to use it if needed. That was until she spotted the other heartless with the one. Damn, there was more then one! Then again, she should have expected as much. It looked like fighting them was probably the best option. Not right now anyway. Time to get out out of here.
In an instant, she was breaking into as good a run as she could manage, rounding corners, leaping over anything that was in her way. She glanced behind her, checking to see if they were following her. Yup, they were still there following, and what the hell? Were they getting closer? Dammit! Looks like she would really have to pick up the pace if she didn't want them to catch up.

But, this gave her a chance to find the other Doctor...Rory's Doctor...and make sure he was okay too. Sounded like he'd had a rough time for a bit. She walked out of the store she had been in, picking up a scarf due to this (strange) snow. It was cold here!
Stepping into the snow covered streets, she registered that someone was running her way, and tried to keep herself out of their path. If they wanted to exercise in this weather, they could do it, but she didn't want to get involved. She did enough running as it was, with the Spaceman around and all.
It was when the person got close enough to pass her that she realized who was running at her.
"Jenny!" She shouted, trying to get the other woman's attention, before reaching out and grabbing at the closest arm. "What are you doing running in this weather?" She hadn't noticed the moving shadows yet, preoccupied with finding her friend still in the city.

"Donna?!" She exclaimed in recognition of the women before glancing behind to see where they heartless were. Still coming. She couldn't stay here, but she couldn't leave Donna here either.
"I'm running from them." She told the woman in a rush, pointing out the moving shadows, while giving her a tug to indicate they had to move. Now! "I don't mind explaining them later, but right now, we've got to run. C'mon!" She explained as fast as she could. They really couldn't spend time on this. Not right now.

"Is there anyway to get away from them?" They seemed pretty stubborn, following them through the streets as the two of them ran. This was crazy.

It was a few more turns before she finally came up with an plan and pulled out her journal.
"Keep running, Donna! I've got an idea!" With that, she worked on sending a message to one of the few people she was sure could help. Or at the very least could move a certain ship closer so they could take refuge in it. Now she only hoped he answered.
Working her fingers as fast as she could while running, she typed into the journal, sending him a private message. Even typing in coordinates for an area close by that they were heading to. The moment she finished, she returned the journal to her pocket. With luck, her father was actually paying attention to his messages.
"I told dad to get his arse over here to give us a lift. So hopefully he'll actually pull himself away from his scans long enough to give us a hand!" She informed Donna, taking yet another turn.
Sorry it's taken me forever, life, muse issues, and EVERYTHING all happened at once.
"Oi, Spaceman and his scans." Donna said under her breath, actually in a friendly way, but in the same lines hoping that the Doctor was paying attention to the journal device while doing whatever work he was doing.
"Any particular way we should be heading?" She gestured to the different pathways. She knew Jenny had something brewing in her mind, so for now, she was going to follow along.
