Brotherly Interventions [Active/Closed]

Character(s): Zidane and Kuja, later Scar and Dagger
Content: Kuja can't just go around blowing people up, y'know.
Setting: Cea de Mouraria
Time: Afternoon
Warnings: Violence, yelling, Scar being a douche....

Zidane took a few moments to compose himself before he started his search for Kuja, having a vague idea of where he should be. He told Dagger that he'd be out on errands and left before she could question him about it - he... he knew she could protect herself, but he was worried about her being there. He wasn't so sure of the state Kuja was in anymore. He thought, as he had told the Doctor, that they were on the same page, but now... He had to find out.

He had gone through a few buildings in the area before finally settling on the opera house, because really, who was he kidding? Where else would Kuja go?

He remembered this place, distantly. He remembered it before Hades nearly demolished it. He used to sit atop the dome and listen to the performances, but that led down a path of memory he would rather push back down. That Emizel kid had awoken some of those thoughts. He didn't need them anymore touched.

He walked in, keeping casual, poking his nose around the different corners. He hadn't been in here since Hades' show. It did appear as though Kuja had begun to fix things up, which Zidane could appreciate. As he continued to poke and prod, he kept alert, sure that Kuja knew the moment that Zidane entered.

He whistled. "Coming along nicely, I gotta say. Couldn't help but come take a look. It is public property, after all," he spoke out, having a feeling that Kuja would be listening.

"Do not underestimate me!" Dagger growled, raising her weapon. Holding it like a baseball bat, she swung in time to knock a neoshadow away from her and dodge out of the way of the others. These monsters were larger and faster than ones she had dealt with before, so smacking it with the staff did less than she wanted.

She needed enough space to cast a spell. Her normal attacks were not like Zidane's, she didn't do much damage. Dagger called on her white magic and cast a mini spell in the nick of time. Hopefully it would at least have some effect on some of the Heartless.

If not... she would have to see if she could manage an Eidolon.
