Among Toys and Fairies [Active]

Character(s): Woody, Bullseye, and Tinkerbell
Content: After meeting with Tinkerbell over the journals Woody decided it’d be a good idea to have a little get together.
Setting: Jogo da Crianca
Time: Early Afternoon
Warnings: Cuteness, Cuteness Everywhere

It wasn’t usual for a cowboy doll to be meeting with a fairy, but Woody always thought there were stranger things in Paixao. Sneaking around with Bullseye, every once in a while mounting his back to make their time go a little quicker. Woody patted his friend’s neck, as he spoke to him, “Alright, we should be meeting Tinkerbell soon. We might need to keep a good eye out for her since she can fly you know.”

Woody gave a smirk, as he rode with him toward the park. Holding the reins, “Hey, I think this is the first time I’ve ever met a fairy before,” looking around the park to see if he can spot Tinkerbell, rubbing his chin. “Let’s see… Now I know from the picture she has blonde hair, blue eyes, a green dress…,” putting his hand over his eyes to see if he can find the fairy anywhere, “D’ya see her Bullseye?”

The horse trotted along happily. Whenever Woody was around, it was hard not to feel at least a little elated. And here they were, going on another adventure! It was the next best thing, aside from finding a way back to Bonnie's.

He looked around the area from side to side as they arrived at the park. He'd never met a fairy before... but secretly wondered if she was like that fairy in the story of Pinocchio.

Suddenly, there was a change in smell, something that caught his attention in the distance. He pointed his nose towards it, sniffing the air, and pulling his neck and the reigns towards it. 'What's over there?' was what he was trying to get across.

Tinkerbell flew over the tops of buildings, her excitement hard to contain, even with the occasional loops she did in the air. A talking toy with thoughts and feelings and everything! She couldn't wait to tell the Lost Boys this little tale. They'd all start treating their own toys a little better, that much as for certain.

She paused in the air, hovering over the park. Ah, there! They were hard to make out, but the tiny figures below couldn't be anything but Woody and his toy horse. Giggling, she zoomed out of their vision fast enough that it was almost as if she'd disappeared out of thin air...

...only to sneak up behind Woody! He was much taller than her, as she was only 5 inches or so, but she hovered behind him and cupped her hands over her mouth. "BOO!"

When Woody took a tumble forward, Bullseye moved in suit... at least, half way. From where he was, he had an upside down view of what looked like a fairy... He twisted the rest of the way forward and lifted his head, shaking it, as if to clear it, since that's where he'd landed.

He shot up to his feet again, a big grin across his muzzle, and his tail wagging behind him, welcoming her to the adventure.

At Woody's extreme reaction, Tinkerbell fell to the ground and laughed with glee, kicking her dainty feet as her giggles increased at Bullseye's antics. "You guys are so funny!" she finally gasped, flying up off the ground to hover in a circle around them. "Wow, you really are toys...and still bigger than me!" She reached over and took off Woody's hat, placing it over her head experimentally (it covered her whole head, at that) before she tossed it back at him and zoomed closer to Bullseye.

"He's just your size! And you ride him and everything?" Excited, she reached over and scratched under the horse's chin.

Bullseye leaned into the pets Woody was offering, wagging his tail with a little more energy, and struck a pose when he was named the best hore from the round up gang! Granted, he was pretty much the only horse, but it made him feel good nonetheless!

No sooner was Woody mounted back in his saddle, and Bullseye whinnied and jumped up on only his hind legs, ready to ride!

She gasped and clasped her hands together, flying backwards to take in the very dashing sight of Woody and Bullseye. Tink cheered, doing a backwards loop in the air before sitting cross legged on the grass. She watched the pair, enthralled.

Winding down to a slower pace, and coming to a halt infront of the sitting fairy, Bullseye looked proud. He was in his element, showing off his skills with the help of his favourite sheriff. And if she wanted to ride too, well, the more the merrier!

Tinkerbell applauded at the end of the display, putting two of her fingers in her mouth to whistle in appreciation as well. "That's fantastic! You were so fast and you weren't even flying!" She flew up, taking Woody's hand in her own with a grin before reaching out with her other and rubbing the top of Bullseye's head. "Can I really?" She was asking the little toy horse just as much as her rider.

[identity profile] bullseying.livejournal.com 2011-10-25 09:15 pm (UTC)(link)
The horse puffed his chest out and let the praise wash over him. Well, he did ride like the wind, after all. Fast enough to catch planes taking off, even! Why wouldn't she be impressed? He swished his tail back and forth as she pet him, and nodded in response to her question. He was strong! He could carry the both of them with ease!

He waited for her to take a seat, looking towards Woody ready for another yee-haw to get him going again!

Tinkerbell wiggled a bit behind Woody, getting comfortable in the little toy saddle. Wrapping her arms around Woody's waist, she giggled at Bullseye's happy expression, her wings fluttering now and again in excitement. Though she didn't know, golden pixie dust was slowly covering both cowboy and steed...

"Let's go!"

[identity profile] bullseying.livejournal.com 2011-10-31 06:03 am (UTC)(link)
With a silent whinny, Bullseye lifted his front hooves into the air, careful not to throw off his passengers, and lept into action! He ran forward with a big dopey sort of grin on his face, and closed his eyes to bask in the moment of happy thoughts.

Bullseye was once again, in his element! He felt light as air! Of course, little did he know, that was closer to the truth then he realized -- and didn't seem to notice that his hooves were gradually lifting from the ground.

[identity profile] gold-dust-pixie.livejournal.com 2011-10-31 06:49 pm (UTC)(link)
Tinkerbell cheered as Bullseye reared up, laughing and clinging to Woody as they went on their way. This was wonderful! It almost felt like flying! It...wait. Her laughter trailed off as she looked down and saw they were now at least a couple feet off the ground. "Oh..."

Quickly, she hopped off of Bullseye and flew in front of both rider and horse, holding out her hands in a placating manner. "Whatever you do, don't panic!"

[identity profile] bullseying.livejournal.com 2011-11-04 12:38 am (UTC)(link)
Bullseye was surpried when his load lightened slightly, and opened his eyes to see Tinkerbell floating in front of him. Wait. Floating? Just then his sight dropped to the ground below them... which seemed to be getting further and further away! They were flying??

With his mouth agape he kept looking between the ground, to Tinkerbell, trying his best not to panic -- but at the same time waiting for any instruction on how to handle what was happening!

[identity profile] gold-dust-pixie.livejournal.com 2011-11-05 10:59 pm (UTC)(link)
Stifling a giggle at the way Woody flailed around, Tinkerbell cleared her throat. "It's my pixie dust!" She flew around the pair in a tight circle, showering them more with the fine, glowing golden dust -- at the rate they were going, it was only a matter of time before they crashed to the ground. "You'll be okay, you just have to keep thinking happy thoughts! Both of you!"

She tapped her temple with a huge grin. "Think of a wonderful thing!"

latest late to ever late. orz.....

[identity profile] bullseying.livejournal.com 2011-11-29 07:37 am (UTC)(link)
A wonderful thing?? Bullseye wasn't too sure about this whole thing... But as he felt his load suddenly lighten again -- the sensation of Woody lifting from his saddle... He squeezed his eyes shut, placing his two front hooves over his eyes. He couldn't bear to look! But he did as she said -- and tried his best to imagine the most wonderful thing in the world... being played with.

As the happy, wonderful feeling overtook him... he did feel himself drifting slowly upwards, and peeked out from one of his legs cautiously.

[identity profile] gold-dust-pixie.livejournal.com 2011-12-03 06:32 pm (UTC)(link)
"That's it! Keep it up!" Tinkerbell made a quick rotation around them, showering them with just a little extra bit of pixie dust...just in case. She then took Bullseye's head in her hands and hugged his face happily. "You're doing great!" Lifting her head to grin at Woody, she took his hand and squeezed it reassuringly.

"I won't let you fall!"

[identity profile] bullseying.livejournal.com 2011-12-26 11:24 pm (UTC)(link)
As she took his head into her hands, it was as though all of the apprehension just left him -- as a blush found its way to his cheeks. He looked back at Woody, now moving his legs happily as though he was still trotting on the ground, happy to see that the sheriff seemed to be having just as much fun as he was!

She never got tired of the disbelief and joy on the faces of those flying for the first time. Tinkerbell's own golden glow seemed to intensify for a moment as she watch the two toys get their bearing in the sky. "That's it! You two are naturals!" With a giggle, she flew around them in a circle before perching side-saddle on Bullseye, right behind Woody.

"Now let's really test it out...fly like the wind, Bullseye!"

Woody gave out a laugh as Tinkerbelle flew around them, then perched herself behind him. Tilting his hat toward her as took a hold of the reins with a smirk, “Taking my line already, lil missy?”

“Alright Bullseye, ya heard Tink,” Woody said lifting his hat up in enthusiasm, “Give it all ya got! YEE-HAW!”

The fairy's kind words did more than just up Bullseye's confidence, in fact -- traces of a blush could probably be seen on his cheeks if you looked closely enough. But as the word from his sherrif came, the horse didn't hesitate for a minute to whinny proudly, and set off running at top speed! He looked back at Tinkerbell with a bit of a grin, and a nod forward as the indication to race him!

Tinkerbell grinned, nudging Woody with her shoulder. "It's a good line! I wanna use it more often!" She gasped in surprise at the sudden burst in speed through the air, instinctively grabbing Woody for balance. "Whoa! That's some speed!" Bullseye's nod was all it took for her to understand and take up the challenge, though.

She slid off the saddle and into open air, rolling underneath and then over them, spinning and twirling and moving as if she were made of air herself, as if she were the wind. Inching ahead, she looked over her shoulder to them with a cheeky smirk. "Come on, boys! Don't disappoint me!"

Woody gave a joyful snort. He grinned at Tinkerbell, “Ya? I always thought it was one of my better sayings,” not that he was prideful about it, nope nope, not at all. He gave out a laugh as Bullseye jolted into faster pace. Woody cried out as Tinkerbell held on tight to him, “Ha haaa! You bet Tink! Sounds like we should be first to enter a flying race, huh Bullseye?”

As soon as Tinkerbell flew off, Woody watched her spin around in the air with ease. Accepting this little challenge as he grinned, holding on to the reins, “Ha ha, ya ain’t seen nothin’ yet lil lady! Let’s show her what we’re made of Bullseye, let’s fly! YEE-HAW!”

The toy horse kicked it into high gear, a big, dopey grin across his muzzle. He hadn't had this much fun in a long time! And never had he been able to fly without the grip of a child's hand around him...

He grew serious, getting into the race as he pressed forward, tapping into the reserves of just how good it felt to be out in the open air -- riding like the wind!!
