Character(s): Mufasa and OPEN.
Content: Cub searching.
Setting: Not far from where he arrived (J-Gate).
Time: Week 32
Warnings: Short tempered lion.

Raising his maned head, Mufasa sniffed the air, trying desperately to detect even the hint of his son's scent. But there was nothing. And, according to this strange device, no one had seen his son. Terror gripped Mufasa's insides at the thought of Simba wandering about alone. Anything could happen to him.

"Simba!" he called, his feet pounding against the ground as he ran, "Simba, answer me!" he perked up his ears, his eyes glowing in the sunlight, "I will find you!" he promised, shifting his gaze to the ground under his feet.

He's too small. He won't make an indentation.

Brow furrowing, Mufasa let out a roar that could probably be heard in the city. Whoever had taken his son would pay. He would see to that himself.

I will find him, Sarabi.

It seemed his lioness was missing too. What had become of them?

Jenny was already in the vicinity when the sound of the roar broke out, and being the curious girl that she was, she just couldn't resist searching for the source of the roar. Thankfully, it didn't take long to notice the large lion running her way, obviously not in one of the greatest of moods, but that hardly phased Jenny or her curiosity as she moved to stand strong in his path, not even flinching or making any sign of planning to move as he came her way. At the same time, she made her whole body language scream 'no threat.'

"What's got you so upset?" Jenny asked, replying to his question with one of her own, and still not moving out of his way. Neither his growl, nor anything about him seemed to bother her in the least. Really, she just wanted to know why he was making such a large commotion. It was hard to ignore, especially with all the roaring and growling involved.
