Takin' Ed to the Shop [Active/Open?]
Character(s): Cid, Ed, and anyone else that bursts in on the two?
Content: Ed, being without his trusty automail mechanic, goes to visit the resident mechanic in Paixao and prays he's not doomed.
Setting: Cid's Shop
Time: Afternoon?
Warnings: Ed being Ed.
Ed grinned as he terminated the transmission on his journal with that Cid guy and pulled up the map of the city again. It was nice to know that there was someone with mechanic knowledge in this hole, even if the guy had never heard of automail. He'd just have to be careful and not completely bust his arm or leg, but he was sure if a bolt or something came loose, Cid could fix it.
The shop wasn't anywhere near Muspelheim gate though, so Ed went straight for the train, riding it to the stop nearest to where Cid's shop was indicated on the map. It didn't take him too long to get there, and it wasn't too hard to find either. Ed walked in to the building. "Hey, is Cid around?"

no subject
"Yeah. Same alloys, same kind of hook-up." Although, Ed didn't know the exact mix of the metals in his automail. Steel and chrome were the two that were coming to mind at the moment. Damn, why didn't he listen to Winry a bit more?
Oh, that's right. Because she was an metal-head.
"My mechanic's pretty good, so I shouldn't have any problems for a while." That is, he shouldn't have any problems if he didn't get into fights, but with what he learned from that Marluxia guy earlier, the chances of Ed staying out of trouble were very slim at best. "You think I could come to you if something happens?"
