Another lion is exactly what Paixao needed [Active/Open]
Character(s): Vitani, and whoever finds her
Content: Vitani is trying to familiarize herself with her new surroundings
Setting: Muspelheim gate
Time: Afternoon,
Warnings: None
Since it's her intro log, I'm gonna go ahead and mark it as multi-thread "party-style"
Then again, it wasn't often she suddenly ended up in a entirely new place, with no idea of how she got there. Vitani had at one time acted as a scout, she knew her directions, where she had come from, how to get back, but Paixao was something entirely new. So, what better thing to do than explore a bit, look around and see what she can find? Which should someone happen to run into her, is exactly what she's doing.
Walking along the streets, she stays out of the way, along the curbs of the walks ways she goes down. Best to not be too conspicuous. She occasionally pauses, sometimes because something like the shiney leaves of the plants caught her eye or because someone walking by got a bit too close for her liking. But then it's only a second before she's wandering around again, just as curious and cautious as before.
After a while, though, she finds a spot to sit down, tired of walking. So, Vitani simply rests a bit, taking a deep breath to try to locate a familiar scent and sighing somewhat irritably when she can find none.

Hi! Have another lion!
Simba didn't know when he got to Muspelheim. All he did know was that a strange scent was in the air. No doubt a lion, but one he had yet to encounter. Could it be Zira, perhaps? Simba tensed and looked around, spotting a lioness not too far off. No, it couldn't be her. Surely, she would have sniffed him out and attacked him by now instead of sitting around. He stayed rooted to the spot, indecisive about whether or not he should try to sneak away for confront the lioness.
Howdy~ And the more the merrier~
And for a moment just stares at Simba. He was quite a bit younger than she had ever known him to be, she must have been a small cub if she was there yet at all.
But when she gets over her surprise, she decides to get up and walk over towards him. "Hello, Simba."
\o/
He rose an eyebrow when she called him by name though. Someone else from his 'future,' or did word spread about him that fast? "Hi...I'm supposed to know you, aren't I?"
<3
"You are. I'm Vitani." Then, with some hesitation, "Zira's daughter."

Simba couldn't really remember Kovu mentioning that he had any siblings. He'd have to whack him in the head at some other time for that...
"Zira?!" Simba took a step back, but saw no animosity from Vitani. He hesitated, but stayed put. Perhaps she had the same feeling towards her mother that Kovu did? "You don't...uhm...act like your mom..." For Simba's sake, he hope she took that as a compliment, though his voice obviously showed that he wasn't about to put any trust in her at the moment.

After a moment, she just sighs. "I suppose that's true."

Anyway, time to change the subject, yes? "I guess you're Kovu's sister then?"
no subject
"I am, yes." Well, half-sister, but she doesn't see why to mention that.

"Mother was Scar's mate. When he died, those loyal to him were banished. She has always wanted revenge on you for it."

"Looks like I have a lot to look forward to in the future, huh?" He frowned, not very happy with his future self...if that even made any sense. "Well," Simba turned and looked at Vitani. "I'm guessing something happens and it gets fixed since you don't seem to hate me."
no subject
"So it would seem, Simba." She chuckles at his next words, though. "You have Kiara and Kovu to thank, really."

Simba got back up and stretched. "I think I'm the only one here who's not caught up on stuff."
no subject
"So far, everyone I met is behind."

"I should get going. I have a few things to work out." Simba started walking off. "Watch out for your mom. I've been hearing some bad stuff about her already."
