All Work, No Play [Active/Open]
Character(s): Megara, open
Content: Megara in the Seventh Heaven. Again.
Setting: Seventh Heaven [G7]
Time: Week 28, all day
Warnings: None
Note: Log is written party-style, i.e. divided by comment string. Start your own or dive into someone else's.
It was a lot harder to run a business when it was just you doing the work. Megara had no idea what to do about her former employees -- she assumed Yuna was out having adventures with her plucky gang of heroes and Tiana clearly suffered from some kind of mental breakdown -- so it was up to her to keep things in order. Luckily, business was slow. It seemed the majority of Paixao's natives had decided the Seventh Heaven was no longer part of their city...which only left the visitors. Most of which were busy with their own adventures.
Meg was just fine staying where she was. She'd had enough adventures in her life to last a lifetime. For now, she was content to stand behind the empty bar, polishing glasses and wondering what to eat for lunch.

He slides away from his location to alongside her, proppings elbows up on the counter and grinning down at her, all teeth.

He leans away and the wisps follow. "Now. Tell me. What have I been missing out on?"

Instead she turned away, hugging herself tightly, hating herself with a whole new level of loathing. "I don't know," she finally replied, her voice a low, sullen monotone. "I've been gone."

Right up until she speaks, that is.
Hades frowns, then makes a face of disdain. "Gone like on-another-floor gone, or..." he trails off. His hands make a "poof" gesture, though she wouldn't see it with her back turned. "Hit the road, en-route-to-Olympus gone?

"...back home," she spoke up. She knew she was playing with fire, but she didn't care. She turned around and looked up into his terrible face, the fire in her eyes lit once more. "I was back in Greece, without you."
