So an Al Bhed and a Nightmaren walk into a bar ... no, that's the joke.
Character(s): Rikku, NiGHTS
Content: Obligatory intro post! And this weird purple thing.
Setting: Vanaheim Gate
Time: Day...ish
Warnings: contains NiGHTS
This whole thing was just... way too weird.
Rikku got to the gate and hesitated, trying not to flip out. Was this some kind of dream? One second she'd been in Luca with Yuna and everyone else, and then on the way back she'd tripped over something and found herself... here, wherever "here" was. The people in line had called it Paixao, but she'd been all over Spira and never heard of the place - which meant something was seriously out of whack here.
But really, there was only one way to find out what was up, and that was to keep moving forward. Something about the whole situation gave her an odd sense of déjà vu, though. It was like... when she'd fished Tidus out of the Baaj ruins, come to think of it. Only now she was the one getting fished, so to speak.
Well, he found someone to help him out, right? She'd just have to keep going till she found something, or someone. Even if the locals did seem a little unfriendly...
